My Dad saw Dr. Warner here, he was very professional and caring.

His bed side manner is almost as excellent as his actual patient care. His entire team was amazing. He went above and beyond during his holiday to ensure my ‘emergency’ was taken care of and that I was at ease. You don’t see doctors like this anymore.

Don't go here. Dr Kelley and staff do not return calls, and staff is unprofessional.
UPDATE: a call from Dr Kelley, very nice, he did not receive my messages, that staff member was discharged as my calls were not the ones not relayed to him.

I became a new patient here and Dr. Alessio was very nice and her diagnosis for my urinary issues was excellent. She listened very well to my story and after evaluating me, I was finally PROPERLY diagnosed whereas before, I was misdiagnosed. I'm glad to be a patient at this facility where everyone is so nice and very helpful!

Dr. Spencer Craven is excellent. I had a robotic partial nephrectomy earlier this year due to kidney cancer. Dr. Craven was compassionate and thorough explaining my prognosis and surgery expectations. He always got back to me in a timely manner if I had any questions. His staff/office were great and spoke extremely high of Dr. Craven. The surgery was an absolute success. Recovery went well and the scars are tiny. I absolutely recommend Dr. Craven!

I saw Dr. Eisa today after recently being diagnosed with Kidney Cancer. He was amazing 1st my tire went flat, so he had them call back just to see him when I could get there. Not my first rodeo with cancer and he came at me honest, knowledgeable, with a game plan, options, percentages for everything cure rate and remission rate, genetic testing for my kids, all of it. Very personable, smart, but easy to understand. Scheduled my surgery today and already know he’s got it beat!

I recommend Dr. Eisa to anyone needing this kind of care. I needed a repair to a serious bladder injury during a c-section and he was the doctor on call. My husband and I were so grateful with how he came in to do it with calmness, confidence, patience, kindness, honesty, and no arrogance. He continued my follow-ups with these same qualities as well as genuine concern with how I was doing. The nurses and receptionists at the clinic were also very nice!

This was my first experience with Urology Clinic of Winchester and I would highly recommend it. The front desk people, to the billing people, to the doctor and P.A. were so compassionate and caring. Laura was my P.A. She explained everything to me before my exam. She explained in detail what my next steps were to be, and why. Dr. Eisa was a gem. He came in to speak with me about the procedure, then asked if I had any questions or concerns. He was super patient and calming. He left to allow me get get prepared and prepped. Donna came in to help with that, and she was caring as well. All in all a fantastic experience for this first-time procedure.

Doctor was incredibly polite knowledgeable and friendly, as were the nurses. Receptionist was kind and helpful as well. Every time I've come I've been seen in a matter of minutes. In reply to the guy who left a bad review, I got scheduled for an ultrasound too and didn't need an appointment: I just walked right into diagnostic center (at the hospital) and was seen within 30 minutes. That's not the urology clinics fault. If you were told you need an appointment for something that they said was walk-in you probably had two different procedures that needed to be done that day.

Dr. Warner was professional and did a wonderful job of calming my nerves over a small procedure. And I've had great experiences with Dr. Hoffman, as well!
I highly recommend this practice.

I love this office , the staff and Dr Oliver!! I just found out he’s retiring and I’m so sad. I think people who give bad reviews aren’t very pleasant people and find fault with everything. Smile .. be nice .. and people are nice back. I never have problems with doctors.

Always friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I don't feel rushed or foolish to ask any kind of question to ease my mind about issues and how to fix it. They offer comfort, with all the details you need to make a decision for your own circumstance.

A recent UTI and sepsis bout, along with large bladder stones, led to hospitalization and surgery. I was sent to Dr Craven, and I must say I am quite satisfied with his demeanor and all results. Staff is generally ok, but Dr Craven was exemplary! Darwyn Clevenger.

I saw Dr. Craven, he is very professional and very caring. He did a great job every time I saw him. The other staff I dealt with was very nice also. I would highly recommend.

Just an Exceptional Office, have always gone above and beyond with care, with regular visits and surgerys for both my husband and daughter, all the Drs we have seen (almost all of them) and especially the PA D’ALESSIO , all were always supportive, with excellent bedside manner and knowledgeable. Grateful to have them in Winchester VA
