I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Fidelity Bank, Martinsville, Va. has went out of their way to help our chapter in anything we have needed. I have already reached out to them thanking them for everything and helping guide me on things we need as a chapter. Sending me a birthday card brought happy tears to my eyes cause believe me they have had to help me alot and always happy to do so.

I have been dealing with this bank since I was in high school. It has changed its name many times over the years but still have the same excellent service. The staff is the key to being successful. The staff are the best. I would never think about changing banks as long as you continue to have an outstanding staff.

All tellers are courteous each time I visit the branch. All business account representatives are courteous and professional and always there to help with anything we need. We value our relationship with Fidelity Bank very much.

The girls at fidelity bank are absolutely the best!!! I have my business accounts as well as my personal accounts at fidelity, Why? We all make mistakes, when I have made deposits into the wrong account and the girls call to let me know that there is a problem and go out of there way to help me with any issue that I have means so much to me! Not only do they do this for me but friends around town the same and I have over heard the girls making friendly calls to help others as well! This is what banking is and was and can still be!!!!! That home town bank feel can still be and not just a number like other banks! Choose fidelity you will be more than happy!!!!
