The staff is very friendly, responsive to any changes to appointments that I have had to make, and the waiting room is never overcrowded. I can't say enough about Brittany DeHaven NP, she is so personable and caring and her advice is beyond reproach. I have as much confidence in her as I would a doctor. I am 74 and she is one of my two most favorites when it comes to providing me primary care services.

Dr. Fern (NP) is new to the practice. I have seen her twice. She is very patient, kind and thorough. She really cares! Her diagnosis has been accurate each time. I highly recommend her! Welcome Dr. Fern!

Doctor gopal she is a excellent doctor , and take her time to listen your health problems and take a good care prescribe the right medicine every times , over 20 years seeing her and taking care my health problems , don’t have any complaints about her services , great doctor.

This is the most caring Drs office I go to, Dr Gopal and Dr Duck really take the time to listen to you. The office staff is friendly and helpful to your needs. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are like family.

I always feel that in this place I am treated like The Most Important Person In Town, and imagine most patients feel the same way 😄

Brittany Dehaven is the best. She really takes her time and makes you feel like she cares and wants to help. Pretty rare.

Staff was on time and Dr. was ready to see me before the nurse was finished asking questions. Dr. Gopal is attentive and has compassion. She listened to my concerns and she’s willing to help. So glad I finally found a PCP that I’m so comfortable talking to.

Brittney, PA is also great, especially for any females who may prefer having a female provider during visits. Both providers are empathetic, educate, and treat in the best possible way! Valley Family Practice and my primary caregiver, Kate Durbin, deploy all three of those qualities. I could write a great deal about how Kate Durbin exercises all three of those qualities; but it is sufficient to say that Valley Family Practice is very fortunate to have her as part of their caregiving team!

Dr.Kate is great....I am 71 and Dr Kate has taken great care of me since i went on Social Security 3 years ago..I have always been treated with respect from all of the Staff.
Dr.Kate takes time to talk about my health and makes sure i get all my shots are up todate..
Dr kate also makes sure I get blood work so she can check on if anything is going on inside..
