Best boot store in Boston! Lee Ann was awesome. Really took her time to hear what my wife and I were looking for, got us both sized properly and let us try on a handful of boots with different insoles. She made the experience fun and I'm so happy with the boots.

I have always had trouble finding boots that fit my feet well. Sonia was incredibly helpful. The store has a scanner and using it we immediately found a pair of boots that fit amazingly well. There were also a couple of boots I was interested in that the store did not happen to have, and Sonia was able to order them to the store for me to try later. A reasonable walk from Andrew Station, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had the best shopping experience at the Red Wing in Dorchester! I got a pair of Sorel Winter Carnival snow boots online, and it turns out the Winter Carnival boots have zero arch support. Red Wing offers tailor made insoles, so I decided to check them out.

The Red Wings sales person (Sonia) was super helpful. Sonia had me try the sole and gait scanner; so we were able to identify which pre-made insole could make the snow boots more comfortable (or opt for a custom made insole).

Red Wing boots can be really cute and comfy too, so next time I need boots, I am definitely going to see Sonia at Red Wings!

Lee Ann was fantastic! Was my first time buying Red Wing boots and she explained everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I had.

The store has a new manager and boy does it show. My wife and I went in and got the most attentive and knowledgeable service we’ve ever gotten in a shoe store.

After 20+ years in construction and all different brands of boots, i finally broke down and decided on a pair of Red Wings. Sonia was so nice and extremely helpful. She explained all the extras that go along with owning a pair of Red Wings, now i see why people love them so much.

Store is immaculate and has styles i didn't know existed. The sales girl was pleasant ...informative and made we want to come back. Great location ...wish store did some advertising so i didn't trek out to Natick or Dedham

Great experience! A must if you are in need of work boots. No better customer service and no better boot on the market.
