BIG STOP N' SHOP & really nice of a selection and price for the area! Store was VERY CLEAN & WELL STOCKED! South Bay Mall does have a lot of junkies roaming around since South Hampton street leads down to the clinic so be careful where you park in this mall and DON'T LEAVE anything worth stealing in plain sight locked up in your car. But this SUPER MARKET has whatever you are looking for!

I love buying my fruits and vegetables here they be nice and fresh and the service be excellent 👌

My wife did enjoy shopping for 3 hours and spend 750

Today I went in to buy flowers for my mother for her birthday. I picked 3 bouquets & took them to the register to pay at the floral shop section. Matea (I hope I spelled it correctly), asked if I'd like to have them arranged and I said yes! She went above & beyond, she did an amazing job! Even went & picked out a better set of flowers while still keeping me within my budget & I must say, I LOVED them! Thank you soooo much Matea!

However, on Monday, 2/12/24, I had a not so pleasant experience at the customer service center. I had just bought some items in the store and realized I needed to do some returns to the tune of $48.66. I got to customer service and placed the return items.
The lady took them and gave me a cash of $23 and some change with a new receipt. I stood there confused at the amount given. I saw a supervisor and showed him the receipt and amount I was given. He said, "That's not right." We both went to the cashier, and he told her to re-check.
She apologized and went to the till and gave me an additional $10. I stood confused, and then she asked if I needed anything more.
I told her the amount given was still short. Then, she brought out her phone, which felt weird and did the calculations. Afterward, she gave me the correct amount of $48.66. This time, no apologies tendered.
I left with a bad taste and thought that was very strange. Hmmmm?????

It was great never did it before wonderful experience.

I love to buy my spring water all way has good prices.

Like every Stop & Shop in every neighborhood, stop and shop will always be awesome cool place to spend some time with your family shopping with the kids and friends

Prices could be a bit better but overall great store

This is my favorite Stop & Shop great location and great staff Kyle and Jay are great at the self-service great prices and sales for holidays great assortment Frozen foods easy and convenient prices seem to be stabilizing let's hope they get better every week different sales and clearance items prices have risen a little but still overall not too bad they already started the sales for Thanksgiving not too bad

Great work by an employee by the name of Ruben! The self check out was hectic & he was able to keep everything running smoothly even when customers were having issues with the machines, great job!

i have to share how much I love our local Stop and Shop. The meat manager, Jamal; the kind young man in produce, the fish guy (who eyes me suspiciously every time but is lovely) and the harassed cashiers, all work to give me and my husband a GREAT experience. Food shopping is a hunt for me....I gather deals....and I see them, and the care in selecting something for me, or for my diverse neighbors, in all departments. I saw a new selection for Ramadam, and it blew me away.....Thank you all for it.

Friendly staff at the check out points. The self check out though, leaves a lot to be desired. I normally run to the store to grab some quick its and oftentimes I have not more than 3 items in my hand. Then I go to self check out and there is where the disaster comes into the play. There are people with a full cart, i mean a overrun carts, sometimes even 2 carts full of stuff. I know its a controversial opinion but i firmly believe that this section should be left to those who got fairly small shopping. Other than that, it does the job.

I been to several different stop and shops and so I went to south bay. They had everything I was looking for. The meat manager who is from the south I forgot his name, not only helped me with everything I wanted to get from the meat department, but he also helped me locate everything else I needed throughout the store. I really appreciated that he took his time out and helped me. I want to tell him thank you again and I will be coming back

Just went to the Stop N Shop in South Bay Plaza. We were able to find what we needed with not many people around. Went at about 8pm on Monday night. Our total was 50.84 cents, but with our Stop N Shop card, we ended having a total savings 13.90, which brought our total to $37 and some change. Thank you to our grocery store workers, in all the fields of the store. They truly are our heroes as well, and they need a lot more ode to them as so.

The meat department manager Jarmaal Cowart and Ana who works at the Dunkin always helps me and other customers out Everytime we come into the store. Plus they always has a positive attitudes towards the customers and treat everyone with respect.

My experience at Stop & Shop was delightful. I asked for a specific item, and an employee pointed out precisely where it was. My wait in line was short, and the cashier spoke clearly, and in a professional manner. I have shopped at Stop & Shop for years, and plan to do so in the future.

It's a hot mess. Methadone mile has been relocated to the bathroom. They are doing drugs there and washing up in the sink. I won't go back. I fear I will find a dead body

Sad that I had to travel in this weather to Boston but I’m great and made it. They was fully stocked in the meat department. And the meat department manager was so nice and help direct me to what I needed to get. And it’s so pretty in there as well

Visit this store about once per month but today was attended to be meat dept manager, Jamal, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. What a great addition to there staff! Thanks for making this shopping experience great
