They have convenient hours and they will offer you services over the phone or online if you’re unable to get to the shop. Customer service is always awesome! Wonderful customer service & great quality work!!! My Aunt is a Breast Cancer Survivor & she has a birthday in October as well. So, Shatera made her a custom flower arrangement & plant to represent Breast Cancer Awareness. Also, she added actual money to the arrangement per my request. I wasn't able to get a picture before the six twenty dollar bills were removed but the arrangement looked AWESOME!!! Pics are attached!

From my experience as a customer the staff is excellent. They greeted me upon entrance and made me feel welcome. From all the plants I’ve ordered over the phone or online for local funerals, occasions, or a simple “get well” turned out amazing. Everything was customized and crafted to the “T”. I’ve never liked flowers but after buying my first home plant and actually allowing it to grow with simple instructions made me really start buying more. Next time you are in uptown Martinsville stop by and check them out!!!

Amazing floral designs! I ordered flowers for a loved ones birthday and was thoroughly impressed. I feel like their floral designs are more creative, artistic, and elevated than your typical floral company! My first time using them and I will definitely use them again! Prices are very reasonable also!

I popped into this store today just to browse. She specializes in arrangements made to order but she also has some beautiful arrangements on display for purchase. Very traditional, sophisticated. She also has faux house plants that you could use for all-year home decor that look so real, you have to touch them to be sure. If you're in Uptown, it's definitely worth popping in.

I believe that presentation means everything, upon visiting Unique Styles and Designs Floral boutique I was greeted by a welcoming “Hello” as I entered the establishment. The entire visit from beginning to end was beyond outstanding including the professionalism exhibited by the owner and the kindness and cleanliness and outer appearance of the shops is rated top tier. I made a purchase of several uniquely designed floral pieces that was individually crafted by the owner based upon my specific size and requested colors. The staff was friendly with exceptional customer service. This floral shop owner has gone above and beyond to distinguish her brand from others by being unique and providing excellent floral arrangements, plants, funeral sprays in the city of Martinsville, Virginia. My overall experiences has been the best and I will continue to support this floral shop.

I visited Unique Styles & Designs in February in search of a casket spray. Shatera and her team were welcoming and assisted me with finding the perfect arrangement of flowers. The arrangement was more extravagant than I could have imagined. They delivered the casket spray and the other flower purchased without my family having to worry about a thing after our purchase. I returned recently as I needed a more detailed copy of my receipt. Not only did she take the time to type it up for me, but she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed when I left. I look forward to making more purchases with Unique Styles & Designs in the future!

The arrangement was beautiful! However, it did not arrive at the funeral home on time and after the service the family had to go back and pick it up. 😢
