This is the second time I’ve used them for alterations. The first time was last year when I needed two dresses hemmed with a 1.5 day turnaround time and they were able to get it done! This time it was to close up a slit on two skirts and once again they did a great job and all for a reasonable price.

My dad and family have been using this cleaners and alterations for more than 20 years. I recently had a wedding dress altered and the owner did AMAZING….the original dress was a mess and she worked a miracle. Made it fit better and be more
comfortable. Thank you so much for being such an amazing seamstress! :)

I have been coming to this place for the past 4 years! The owner has always been the kindest, most helpful and professional! All my dry clean and alteration came out meeting all the expectation! They even have a dry through to make the pick up/drop off super east!

The woman who runs the shop is friendly and professional. I took in a suit, some dress shirts, and a blazer to be dry-cleaned and they were ready in a couple of days. I don't know what else you could possibly need from a dry cleaner except for them to return all of your clothes in-tact, clean, and on-time - which they did, and for a reasonable price (3 dress shirts, one full suit, one blazer was less than $30).

They do an amazing alteration job. I had a rip on my winter coat and she fixed it up like it's new. So convenient to have both drycleaning and alteration done here.

Friendly service but what's most important to me is the quality of the work. You won't be disappointed with how clean and nice your clothes comes out. Its just outstanding. I do not live close to Fashion Cleaners and wished I could find a cleaner like them near where I live.

This review would have gotten more stars, but I had two items dry cleaned for a wedding. I gave the owner two weeks to complete the job. The owner lost our wedding clothes and when I asked for a refund for our lost items I was told “your clothes are too expensive” after a more persistent conversation- she did refund me for the men’s shirt she had lost. This store is typically fast and reasonable on their prices but I wouldn’t bring anything of value here.

I dropped off my prom dress and not knowing how long dry cleaning takes I gave these people 7-days to do the job. When I go pick up my dress a week later they didn’t even touch it, instead they left it on the floor when I gave it to them 7-DAYS AGO!!! My prom is in a week and my dress wasn’t even cleaned.
I took my dress back and I plan to take it up Towne Lake to the one next to the Game Day Restaurant. The place is extremely unorganized if they left an item on the floor for 7 days. Don’t trust the past reviews.

Letterman Jacket goes in for cleaning, and comes out pink! Staff refuses to replace the now pink Jacket after several attempts of them to fix it. The white in the patches is now pink, along with the white trim. To make matters worse, not only did they destroy a $400+ Jacket, they still charged me for their attempt at cleaning it. The lady at front insisted it was not her problem, as she said they sent out the Jacket to another company! I get accidents happen, but telling a customer that it's not your problem because you sent it to another company is not how you keep customers.

Also, after getting a lawyer to look Into taking them to small claims court,found out they have new owners in 2020. Maybe that is why the place has gone down hill. Be careful of older reviews, as they may not be the same owners and managment.

The owner of the company is unresponsive, rude and lacks business manners. She never called me to inform me that my clothes were done. She then proceeded to argue with me and yell at me because she didn't understand that all I wanted was a call to pick up my clothes. I've tried to call numerous times prior to going up there to see if they were done. I was hung up on because she couldn't find my name and never called back numerous times. She's so unprofessional and I would NEVER use her or suggest using her. I was mortified on the way she does business let alone business ethics. I get my clothes and the work is of poor quality as well. I wore a dress that she had done and her work became undone while wearing the dress. How does this happen?! I paid over $200 for the work! I am going to try to repair my dress myself which is not what I intended to do as I paid a "professional" to do it. Save yourself the headache and money!!!
