I also appreciate that they offer a 5% discount for posting a Google review with photo. Our water stopped running today.
After calling Casco Plumbing & Well Pump Services, Jimmy and Justin showed up after finishing the job they were on. They checked things out under the house then checked the pump. Unfortunately, the pump had burnt up. It was there when we moved in in 2016. They pulled out the old pump in short order, assessed our need, ran out for parts, and worked into the dark swapping out the pump.
They were conscientious about our home's interior, friendly, and efficient in their work.

RJ came out and gave our old system a thorough exam - told us that one element was out completely and the second was near the end of its life. Our water heater is 8 years old and we have very hard water. He was very patient, even though he ran into some problems that were beyond his control. He was able to resolve everything quickly and gave us work that met our expectations.

Casco is working hard to get my well replaced by Christmas which I really appreciate. Also in the first diagnosis I am grateful they tried hard to be absolutely sure it wasn’t something minor. They are very professional, I got many quotes but some companies didn’t spell out the exact charges so who knows what I would end up paying (I hate that). Casco made it very clear.

Casco plumbing and was very helpful and professional through setting up the appointment and communicating. The plumber Deandre, was very timely, personable and knowledgeable and we were able to diagnose the most likely source of the leak. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Jimmy came out on a holiday weekend to fix a clogged drain that didn't allow us to use any water in the house. He arrived promptly during the service window and worked through many options before diagnosing the problem. I'd highly recommend his and Casco's service.

D'Andre with Casco Plumbing came out today to help us diagnose a problem with our water heater. We had water leaking out of the temperature and pressure release valve and knew that all the hard water in our area had likely caused a problem with our water heater...plus it had never been serviced before we lived here. We really hoped (with all our fingers and toes crossed) our water heater could be salvaged once serviced by Casco Plumbing. Casco customer service called and texted ahead to let us know when our service technician would be arriving.
Once here, D'Andre worked through the multiple steps to diagnose the problem and explained what he was seeing to us along the way. He was extremely professional and courteous as he diligently worked on our system. Ultimately the problem was resolved, our water heater was serviced and spared, and we are very happy with the service we received. Thank you D'Andre and Casco Plumbing!!

Was having water issues and called a company after hours. I was assured I would receive a call first thing the next morning. Never heard from them so I reached out to Casco. They had a technician, Shawn, out the next day. He was timely and diagnosed the problem, bad well pump or out of water but leaned towards the pump. Also fixed a leaking grinding pump in our downstairs bathroom that was causing a smell. They sent Jimmy out next with a days delay due to a family emergency. I had to reach out when no one was showing up to learn that, my only complaint and I’m sure they were reworking schedules, but we had some water so wasn’t a big deal. When he came the next day, he was professional and efficient completing the replacement of the well pump. We’ve got water back so far and all seems to be fixed to satisfaction!

My pressure tank quit working today about 2pm. I contacted several plumbing companies who said they could not come out til next week.Not wanting to spend the entire weekend without water I tried reaching out to one more Plumbing company before giving up and waiting til next week. I called Casco Plumbing. I spoke with a customer service representative named Katelyn who was very friendly and extremely understanding of my dilemma. She said she would try to get someone out today. She put me on hold and within minutes came back to say she would have someone here within the hour. Jimmy Moore arrived at 4pm he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. By this time it was 5pm and he had to drive to meet someone to get the new tank from the warehouse. Once back he had the old tank out and new one installed was packed up and leaving by 7pm. My husband and I were thrilled with DeAndre, he was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He had an extensive knowledge about plumbing in 100 year old houses. He was quickly able to identify the issue with clogs in our sink and tub and remove problematic corroded iron piping with efficiency and minimal damage to our ceiling. He also provided helpful advice about future home renovation projects for our bathroom.

Jason from Casco was the second out to check the outside drain at the bottom of the basement stairs (the first plumber could not figure it out). Jason, through his diligent efforts, diagnosed the problem which was located under the concrete slab in the utility room and fixed it! Extremely enthusiastic and very professional, Jason loves his job and it shows…. If you need a plumber call Casco!

Would definitely recommend Casco plumbing to anyone! Wrote an email Tuesday night after business hours, they called me Wednesday morning and got me scheduled for the afternoon. D’Andre came out to unclog our main pipe for the house, turns out it ended up being a longer job than anticipated. But he was awesome! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and very dedicated to get the job done, especially being under our cold wet crawl space for hours. Cant thank you guys enough!
