I’m a 3 year patient. The lady (blonde hair, light eyes) that cleans my teeth. She is so sweet and very gentle. She knows I get nervous and always reassures me it’ll be a breeze. I have only seen the the dentist once but, he seems like a really nice man. Easy parking, easy to find, very quick!

Great dentist for children and adults. Wish they offered more services for adults on Via. Premier. Dr. Wilson is a Cool dentist the children say

I have been going to this dentist for 20 years and all that I have to say is very professional, and caring from Dr.Wilson and to all of his staff.

Best Dentist EVER!! Pain is not in their vocabulary. Pain free dentistry at it's best. Plus he is a Veteran.

This was my first time there today they was very professional and polite and it was pain free numb me up great can’t wait to come back great teamwork

I've only been there twice so far. My son needs a crown lengthening that's something that's apparently hard to find a dentist to do around here. So the first appointment was for that, they advised me to see a periodontist. While we're at the counter Dr Wilson says he'll do it so we make another appt. Over a month out. TodY we go waiting to see dentist when they lady calls us to the counter says we gotta see a periodontist lol. Dr Wilson comes out says he'll do it then says see a oral surgeon and he'll do the crown. SMH we're leaving our second appt with a huge case of this has happened twice now what's goin on! Geez

I went there earlier in the year to get a referral to an oral surgeon for surgery for severe pain. Instead, they told me they could pull all of my bottom teeth there. The dentist I saw struggled to get a curved tooth pulled in the front. When this happened my jaw and neck was injured. Then they gave me Ibuprofen for pulling the teeth which I already had a daily prescription for. My gums did not heal correctly. I was left with bones poking the front of my gums and thrush and my gums separated. My calls were not returned.Two months later of severe pain and eating pudding and mush I went back to get a denture to be told I would have to have more surgery ( after my insurance allotment had been mostly used) . We had to drive 2 hours away for me to have my gums reopened . Afterwards, I could not afford a denture. I have been without a denture since May and don’t know when I can get one. They could have sent me to the surgeon as I originally wanted and avoided the whole awful nightmare.

UPDATE: THEIR WAY OF "RESOLVING" THIS WAS TO BLOCK ME ON FACEBOOK FOR LEAVING THIS REVIEW. HOW PROFESSIONAL.

This office left me without a front tooth and is now holding my crown for ransom! They did not get proper pre-authorization so my insurance didn't pay, so NOW, AFTER I let them put a temporary crown on, they tell me that I owe money (A LOT of money) and they will not do anything else for me until I pay. I have absolutely no way to pay, and, I hate to put my business out here like this, but they knew I have medicaid dental insurance so they should've known I might not be able to pay and discussed my treatment plan with me FIRST... But, now, because of THEIR lack of proper procedures to ensure payment via insurance BEFORE performing a dental procedure and because they failed to set proper patient expectations BEFORE creating a very large bill for that patient, who obviously would not be able to pay out of pocket, I am left covering my mouth when I speak and unable to smile. And, their response is literally "we will not help you anymore until you pay us". Now that I'm left without a front tooth, they refuse to finish what they started. This is unreal! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR FACE!!! They literally took advantage of a person with a disability, and left that person without a smile or a way to even begin to fix this MESS THAT THEY CREATED. This is beyond unprofessional- this is absolutely DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!!!!!! The front office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I feel like if I could actually tell Dr. Wilson all of this directly, he might actually be willing to help me, whereas his office staff made it very clear that she is completely unwilling to do so.

I will be filing a formal complaint with Medicaid and every agency or bureau that will allow me to do so!

I have been going to Dr Wilson for years and today was the WORST Encounter EVER with a staff member . I am very disappointed and looking for somewhere else to take my child. I didn’t bother making myself an appointment because of this person’s HORRIBLE attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but after reading the reviews it seems this is a reoccurring event. I hope Dr Wilson periodically read the reviews, because this is not the customer service he displays with patients! What a shame!
