Book Rack

I loved this place. It’s such a cute store. They have floor to ceiling book shelves along the walls and half shelves in the middle. The layout is nice. They have cute seating. We got there right when they opened and immediately the place was filling up with people. The staff were so kind! I’m definitely going back.

Have you visited Ocoee Book Rack yet? Located just outside of Orlando, Florida, this used bookstore is extremely welcoming, and books are half off the cover price. Be aware that popular ones go quickly! They also have a cute little coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar inside with comfy chairs to relax while you read and sip. Be sure to check out their no stress book club, too!

I visited here with my girlfriend during an Orlando-wide tour of bookstores. Hands down one of the best book places I've been to! They have a wide selection of cool books, and I really liked the little but well-appointed coffee station. The staff were very friendly and passionate about books to boot. I'll definitely come back for some half-priced books in the future.

This is a cute like used bookstore very clean and organized. Nice vibe and Elise was super kind and friendly. I got what I needed and I was so pleased with Elise hospitality.

Completely stellar used book store. The employees are outstanding - knowledgeable and engaging. The ambience is so welcoming. Their social media posts are informative and fun! I’m looking forward to attending one of their book club meetings! I truly believe I’ve found my people at this book store!

Left Orlando proper in search of a great second hand bookstore. Mission accomplished!! Nestled in a little side street of Ocoee, this cute shop will keep you occupied perusing the shelves for an hour or two. Wanting your coffee and book vibe? No worries! They offer complimentary coffee/tea/cocoa options from their k-cup machine AND you can use a real mug. Homey and welcoming!

I was looking for a specific author, and the gentlemen was able to look up the info AND tell me where I could find the book! Everything is categorized and alphabetical (THANK YOU!).

All books are half off the cover price but we also took advantage of the $1 hardcovers out front! Walked away with some great books 📚 at great deals!

Such a unique lil book shop. You will surely find something to your liking or even as a gift here. They cater to all different topics and genres! Finding special gems and rare finds is so much more special than going to a huge book store of expected titles. Go see for yourself!

The Book Rack is a small privately owned used bookstore in old town Ocoee. Like all of the immediately surrounding shops it still has that old Florida feel of circa 30 or 40 years ago.

Back for another visit, still an absolutely wonderful with great staff.

The store is wonderfully laid out for browsing with various nooks and crannies, easy chairs for sitting, and bar type chairs as well. The owners like to decorate for the current holiday theme, whatever that might be. We visited during the Halloween season and there were wonderful decorations.

There is a special little nook area for children and their selection of children's books is quite good. For adults there are plenty of chairs and a small coffee bar.

Most books are sold at half of their original cover price. They also have a small selection of used DVDs and used compact discs. They accept used books as well as sell them. For used books, they will provide store credit. Most used books will be valued at about 1/4 the original sale price.

If you are interested in a particular book, they are more than willing to take your name and add it to a list. When new books come in, they automatically scan them in, to their database and your name will pop-up tagged to the book, and they will contact you to let you know it is available. A great way to get what you want at a good price as long as you are not in a hurry.

The store is located on a small cross street, with several other surrounding stores, and a brewery. There is some modest on-street parking, but you might have to search a little bit on busier days to find a place to park. That said, it is worth hunting for the parking, we really enjoyed our visit and will be back again to browse the next time we are in the area.

Such a cute bookstore! We had time to kill before our flight home, and spare room in a suitcase, so we found some future reads here!

The vibe of this place is great! You walk in and immediately know you want to stay and find a new favorite book. The book Christmas tree is perfection!!! It must have taken forever to build because I noticed the top of the tree is kids' books, the middle is youth novels, and the bottom is adult old school books. The free coffee section was so inviting to grab your new book and begin reading it.
There was a kids' book deal going on that was just too good to pass up; buy one, get two free 😀 needless to say, we loaded up on books for the babies!

Definitely recommend you check this place out. You won't regret it.

Elise warmly greeted me as my sister and I spontaneously visited this unique bookstore on a rainy day. Elise is the epitome of a great conversationist, an excellent bookseller, and a passionate storyteller. We had great chats as we browsed ALL THE BOOKS, and this was precisely the experience I needed when entering any landscape of used books! I left happier than ever and made a new friend! Thank you for a great experience!

Maaaaaaan, I've been itching to go for months! Finally did today for the first time even and I know, I'll be a regular there. It's so cozy! The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is top notch. Even if your there with someone else who may not be into books, there's music and coffee! 😍 I was able to trade some of my old books for credit twords my purchases and I'm already planning my next trip. Books lovers everywhere, this is THE SPOT!

Lovely and fun! Started going to the book club held first Saturday of the month and really enjoy the moderator and how everyone is so passionate aboit their books! Eveyone is so nice and inviting, it makes it so easy to feel included and motivated to come back. Great selection of books and the service is perfectly local where they treat you like a real person and search for the book you want.

Just found a hidden gem! This book store is so cute, and the employee Elise who helped me was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I will be back with some books, and to explore more of their selections in the future. 💕

I love this store, it's my favorite local book shop! It's well organized, clean, cute and has a good selection. I also love that they post books for sale on their Instagram now, which they'll put on hold for you until you're able to come pick them up. The staff are all very friendly and their trade in program is great! Highly recommend!

This was our used bookstore excursion during our trip to Orlando. I was super impressed by this charming spot! From the Christmas decorations to the free offering of coffee/tea and other cozy touches (not to mention the books!). The staff was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I hope to be able to visit again in the future.
