7-Eleven

I stopped coming to this 7/11 even though it’s 2 minutes from my family and I because there was never coffee from the 3-4 machines they have taking up space in the back, there was never food or cookies. Then I went back one day because it’s right by Ocoee Elementary and my son loves a slushy after school I decided to stop here and check it out, to find the store so much better and I noticed it’s all because of Corey. He is always doing something like baking cookies or mopping. He says hi to everyone that comes in and “have a good day” when they walk out of the door. I really hope he sticks around for the sake of this store.

Very friendly. I went in looking for keto coffee bang energy drinks, and they didn't have them. As I was walking out, a kind gentleman asked me "Is there something I can help you find?" And I told him what I was looking for. I was shocked when he said that he would order them for me and have them by the next time I come in!! I will be returning to this store to get my bang energy drinks, which are hard to find around here.

since corey started working here, there’s always food n cookies, everything stocked. he’s super a attentive worker, pays attention to the customers n is always ready at the register.

Clean store, employee was very pleasant. Quick service.

Store is clean but other than that there really isnt any reason to go in here.

70% of the time I walk in here there is absolutely nothing available when it comes to fountain soda or coffee. They have 5 different coffee machines and almost all of them are out. And they have 12 different selections of fountain drinks of which only 3 or 4 are available. Also never any creamer.

Store clerk was rude because I tried to pay using EBT which I used at 331 Silver Star Rd before and door displays sign that it is welcome there. She felt it wasn't and so I paid cash and had to ask for receipt as she did not offer it or her name.
She undercooked my pizza and I think she spit on it which is just nasty and so I will not eat it as I don't trust her and I get easily sick as I have no immune system so her little petty jab at me could be deadly if she has a cold so I just put in my fridge and will return hopefully when store owner is there so I can let him know how terrible his so called manager behaved just because I told her that I used EBT there already with a different clerk and I actually thought they didn't accept it but she showed me that it worked just fine but some clerks just don't want to deal with it so they say it isn't accepted there? Worst experience ever in any of the locations around me and there are like 9 locations within 5miles of me.

Rude woman at the store when asked about the bathroom use she said they were out of order
I proceeded to ask where does she go if it’s out of order an her answer was u don’t want to know !!!! Gross an she works around food.
Will be calling headquarters on her

Place is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would. The morning manger guy is a real piece of work. Won’t be back to this poorly ran place

2 days in a row I stopped for coffee and cigarettes and left my coffee on the counter because no one would ring me up or even admit that they could see and hear me. Won't be stopping there again.

The older Indian looking man has horrible customer service. It’s like you’re annoying him by being a customer there.

No public bathroom and the place is really dirty, stay away.....
