As soon as I walked in we were greeted by the friendliest sales woman ever. The chair we were looking for was right there by the front door. It was as if she knew what we wanted. In and out with our purchase. Such a delight!

Very helpful, they were able to track down the last Outdoor grouping in their warehouse and arrange delivery. The whole process took less than a hour! Impressive! The sales staff were also very sweet and kind. Can’t wait to sit on my new deck furniture!

My girlfriend and I went in looking for a new couch. We were greeted right away by Ms. T. She was SO nice and we even had a gentleman come up to us to check on us after a couple minutes of being there since he noticed she was a little busy helping others and wanted to make sure we were acknowledged and taken care of. We got there within like an hour and a half before closing because we did not look up store hours before going there, but the staff was wonderful and stayed a few minutes late once we found something we liked. The new couch was delivered recently and we’re LOVING our new comfy couch.

We shopped for a living room set and they had a better selection to choose from at a reasonable price. Taneish was very helpful without overwhelming us while we decided on a set. The purchase process was simple and not drawn out as with other stores. Scheduling delivery was easy. We're happy with our purchase.

I had a great experience yesterday at Schewels in Winchester, Virginia. A year and a half ago I bought a sofa and ottoman from the store in Waynesboro. Have since moved to Maryland. I drove two hours to buy another just like it. The sales team of Vicki, Tori, and John went out of their way to help me be a satisfied customer. A special shout to Tori who was able to put all the loose ends together and make everything work.

I had an issue with the dresser that I bought, I went to the store in winchester va and spoke to the manager, he was so nice in dealing with the situation and promised to fix it thank sir .

Staff was very helpful. I live 45 minutes away and was on my way to another furniture store. They were closed. So happy Schewels was open . Found the perfect sofa set.

The manager Robert was great. He was not pressuring to me, offered services other businesses were going to charge more, and showed me all the models I was interested in once I gave him an idea of what kind of dining table I was looking for. I shopped around and their store had the most fair and competitive prices. He assured me if anything was scratched etc with delivery they would take of it. I'm trusting it will all go smoothly when they deliver this weekend. The young lady at check out was also very friendly. I will most likely be back again next time I am looking for a piece of furniture.

My experience with this furniture store has been nothing but positive. The ladies who work in business department treat u with kindness. They do their job like they are taking care of their grandmother or mother. I thank them for their patience with me. If u would like to be taken care of by a true Southern Gentleman ask for John. In the world we live in we are seldom even seen when needed to be waited on. This is not the case with John. Ask for John and enjoy.

Whitney helped us and made the process so smooth! She sent pictures of the items within our budget prior to us coming out to the show room so we would know what to expect when we arrived. Very kind and efficient!
