Walgreens

Phoned to obtain some information today. Although I am sure she was busy, at 11;30AM, Debra was so helpful. She went out of her way to check on whether Walgreens even carried the item I wanted, then checked to see if they were in stock. Walgreens carries the item, but they are out of stock today. She even let me know when they might be restocked! I do not drive, so she helped me and saved my friend from a wasted trip. I am so grateful for her kindness. Top notch customer service!

Last week at the Collinsville location we bought 2 pair of glasses. By Monday, realized wrong strength. Today wanted to return, didn't have packaging except for glass case and had deleted the emailed receipt. Angel and Deborah took about 20 mins to get me on the Walgreen app, use my phone number to pull up my history and credit my charge card. I bought other strength. I am 60+ and as most of my generation not "electronic/computer native". They did it all for me, showed me how I don't have to log into the app and how I can use the app. That is why I shop at Walgreen's....thanks.

This Walgreens has the most patient and knowledgeable employees! The pharmacy is a WELL OILED MACHINE...and I love that they will also ring up my milk and bread as well😁Happy employees are the best in customer service !!!LOVE YOU GUYS!❤

Love Walgreens, best staff, friendly, always help, the pharmacy, the staff and there friendly and very helpful. Love saving my points on Walgreens card, it really helps alot, the pharmacy staff goes above and beyond, calls my insurance and drs to get things explained so they then explain to me very well. So yes I give them a 5 star plus, thank you all
