Miramar Branch Library & Education Center

One of the best libraries in Broward county! It’s very organized and has natural light all around. There is plenty space indoor and outdoor to read and study. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of comic books, games and dvds, larger than other local libraries. Overall is a great place to be.

I enjoy studying here. They have private study rooms, a quite room, and common sitting area around the library. Everyone in the library maintain a low volume which allows you to concentrate on your material. Also they have a wide variety of books and can even deliver books from other Broward libraries.

Staffed well, good children section and a generally great place for study and the movie selection keeps us entertained.

Got an excellent atmosphere. I have a feeling this will be an excellent spot for those who wish to visit libraries in Miramar.

I really enjoy this library, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The children activities in the mornings/on the weekends are what we first started coming here for, and now we’re doing them every week.

Very very nice clean library. Their staff is also very nice.They have lots of great programs for the kids, I use to go there for ‘get ready for kindergarten’ program, we loved librarian Ms. Cathleen who manage this program. Also love the variety of program they have for the kids.

Glad we still have this in our new media age, it's nice to have some physical media at hand. The staff is very helpful! An the space is welcoming... not as nearly intimidating as it use to be years ago!

Just love this library. The surrounding architecture is a plus to me. As for the library itself, fast, friendly service and great content. Love the artwork by the local artists. Love everything about this place. Always has a great impact on my mood.

I go there two to three times a week, love it! Great children section, great and big parking, quiet place. Highly recommend!

Love, love, love this location. It is the perfect size and never crowded whenever I come. The staff has always been nice and helpful and the books are usually there and ready for checkout.

This location has a ton of stuff to offer. They also offer classes and workshops, however I haven't been able to attend one just yet. You know with work and all *major eyeroll*.

I also come in and get books for my son and they have plenty of children's books to choose from. Between he and myself we usually leave with over 10 books a piece. Luckily the checkout limit is come obscene number that he and I will probably never meet.

Today when I visited the "friends" were having a book sale. One thing that I can say is that when I lived in Miami, I never saw their "friends" at the library selling books. This is my second Broward county library that I frequented and the other location had a book sale every time I visited. Anywho hardback books were going for $1. You can't beat that! It took everything in me not to go crazy. This is the type of stuff that you miss being at work. SN to self: I need to figure out the friends schedule.

Overall, I think that this is a great location.

been going there for yearssss... love it and it is almost like second home... kids find it always welcoming... we get books regularly, visit them friends nook, kids would buy candies to support the library.. all in all.. love this small little library of ours.

This is a review for the NSU floor which has become my sanctuary! It is so peaceful and quiet up on the third floor of the library where you can work from the computer lab, or a classroom by simply just signing in with your name and NSU ID. The rooms come with plenty of space, tables, whiteboards, honestly great for studying, getting work done, having a small meeting with colleagues, just about anything. I love the fact that this library is located conveniently near by the Dunkin' Donuts in the town center across the street. The only negative I can really think of is their hours only go up until 10PM, and they're not open on Sunday. I'm not too sure if Alumni are able to use this floor, but it's a great place for students trying to escape the crowds from main campus.

The best choice for solitude and learning. Borrowed books here, marketing… management… and real estate. I always get the penalties but it’s fine. The staff always gets me a room where I can take/ receive our calls.

I really like this library the staff are very nice. They are very helpful staff. I also go coloring club for adult relax take out stress to. Right some class cancel. I can't wait until they start again

Nice, clean and very calm because of the pandemic. Great place for tutoring and homework with the kids. They are more focused there than at home.

Love this library, above all love the availability of ebooks and audio books with the libby app. I took out plenty of books over the weekend. Zero hassle. I'm going on vacation and I dont have to set foot in the library before I go because of the ebooks. The library is big and if you want a physical copy of a book you can look it up on your phone through the app, if book isn't available you can request it from another library. Great place!

This place is one of the greatest resources in this community. The staff is friendly and always available to help. There is a lot of natural light that comes into the reading area which makes it easy on the eyes.

Amazing staff, they have so many activities that happen monthly.

Great place for early voting midterm 2022 election. Next time will get to spend more time :)
