Polka Dot Pot

This place is honestly a blast! To say I got lost in time would be an understatement. Polka Dot Pot's selection of paintable items was vast compared to many similar places. So vast, in fact, it took me over 20 minutes just to decide on a piece to paint. They have pieces perfect for young children and pieces so detailed that you can easily get lost in the process for hours. I selected a 'simpler' item and ended up spending over 2 hours until closing, finishing up my piece(hence the uncompleted mushroom). The staff were friendly, not overbearing, and really just left us to our own devices. 10/10 would recommend and will be here again.

Edit: Added my finished piece after glazing. My piece was not ready when I went to pick it up, as I was told. However, I understand that they have been very busy and delays are to be expected.

Such a fun experience. You can come so many times and still have such an amazing experience each time. The staff is friendly and so willing to help and explain things. Such a great time!!!

I went here with my friends and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone there was so nice and they had a wide range of different things you can paint. I think everything was very reasonably priced, it wasn't expensive at all. I'd definitely come back in the future!

Our family ages 8, 12, and 40+ thoroughly enjoyed painting pottery here. Expensive but fun!

Brought the kids here for Father's Day. It worked out really well. The variety of pottery to paint is huge. Some functional, some silly, all wonderful.
The staff was that perfect balance of helpful when we needed it, and distant enough to let us enjoy a family moment. They also have a lot of non-ceramic art projects you can do, so I'm sure I'll be coming back here for wonderfully keepsakes. Took about a week for the glazed items to get fired, and be ready for pickup.
Very conveniently located on the walking mall in old town Winchester. Great to grab lunch, and then go get artistic!

I loved painting pottery here. The staff was so nice and they let us stay there a little late to finish our paintings.

Our pottery painting outing was so fun! Our guide was sweet and creative, and she didn't make fun of me when my painting took on a "cotton candy vomit" feeling. They accommodated our scheduling and made sure we had a delightful time. Take some friends and give the Polka Dot Pot a shot!

What a wonderful spot to be creative and spend time with family! Lots to choose from and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Great for kids of any age (celebrating my daughter's 23rd😊)

We rented this shop after hours for a group of grown ups. It was so much fun. The girl in charge of our party was so helpful and knowledgeable about what we were doing. And it was so relaxing to sit and create and chat with friends. I recommend this place to everyone I know!

I recently held a corporate team building event here for 40. Everyone had an amazing time. Emily and her staff did a fantastic job of managing our chaos!

Great place to go with friends and family to have a great while painting! They offer other things, too, and classes/camps. Super friendly and reasonably priced! Also very fun place for a birthday party! They are so patient and kind to children! You will not be disappointed!

I went in today with my daughter. They were super friendly and helpful. We’d never been and I had so many questions. They answered them all very happily. Their prices are reasonable and we look forward to going back.

Amazing place to come with your family! But be ready to stay for a 1-3 hours depending on what your doing there. We picked something more tricky to paint and my 5 year old took all of 3 hours to finish. No complaints though, this is a great place!

Amazing staff, they are full of knowledge and charisma. Even though this was our first visit it felt like going over to a friends house. They have so many things for the eye to see. What a great place for an interactive date night or group gathering. Definitely will be going back!

Love this place! It's a wonderful place to go when it's rainy, cold or too hot. Great for kids or adults. We had a few birthdays there and it was a lot of fun!
