In August, we purchased an used 2011 Ford Flex. According to the owner, there was someone willing to fly in to buy the vehicle to ship it overseas. I'm not sure I really bought that, but whatever. But he was willing to meet me on a Sunday so we drove down to their lot. He ran late, but eventually got down there. They went over an issue the car had (backup camera is malfunctioning) and told me it was a software issue that needed an update. That part turned out bogus as it's a hardware issue that I'll need to fix at some point.

That said, I liked that the owner worked with me. The DMV system was having issues, but he got me the paperwork within about a week after buying the vehicle. He also kept up communication via Facebook Messenger. Since then, I have had no issues with the car outside of the backup camera being inverted or just not working at all. The car has been a dream for our big family, including my wife's disabled needs.

The lot itself is very small. I don't think they have much inventory in general. The price was very reasonable - not amazing, but reasonable. The title was clear which isn't always the case in this price range for used cars where many are rebuilt titles. Overall, if I needed a new car, I would definitely consider them.

Bought a vehicle from here in April, by June it needed a new June. $6,000 of work, then needed a stabilizer, $360, then needs a rear differential over $4,000. They finance through wake forest financial, worst decision I’ve ever made in my life! Do not buy from them if you have any form of sense.

I purchased a car some months ago and there’s a issue with the title and I’m not able to get the tags for the car. No one will respond to my calls or messages. Had concerns buying the car that I would run into a problem and here it is
