This lawyer staff can't clear their voicemail to Leave a voicemail. I have needed to talk to him for 2 months and still no response. We do have court in July concerning my daughter

Absolutely terrible. He was appointed the GAL on my case and had not contacted me until the day before court. He was appointed on July 30th and he finally called me on October 28th the day before court. Had me give him a run down of all the events that occurred over the last 3 months for 5 minutes before the hearing. Couldn’t even give the judge an accurate recommendation because he didn’t know anything. Even slipped up and gave wrong information while speaking to the judge and I had to correct him. Ridiculous. Never set up a home visit or called other than that one time. His performance on my case was absolutely unacceptable. I called his office over 40 times over the course of 3 months and they never answered. When they did answer, it was a week before the hearing and nothing could be done. The lady answering kept saying that he would call me back and only when I refused to take that for an answer, did she let me know when he would be in the office after snapping an attitude. Well excuse me for waiting for 3 months to talk with someone. I had more grace 3 months ago the first 10 times I called. He should be ashamed of himself how he handled my case. I would give zero stars if I could.

The lady was the rudest to me anyone has ever been. Wouldn’t try to help me with anything. Wouldn’t recommend even calling.
