Called with a question for my caseworker Mr. Taylor. He was very polite and very understanding and answered my question promptly and very clearly. Thank you Mr. Taylor for your great service.

It was a quick visit. Love the drop box where you can just fill out your applications and put them in the drop box so the employees can pick it up at the end of the day and make sure everything gets to where it needs to go. You don't have to wait in line or talk to anyone.

Have never ran into a problem with anything I've went there for. Sometimes there's a wait, but that's anywhere you go. Any of the staff I've had an encounter with have always been helpful and friendly.

They were very kind to me and treated me like a human being instead of a statistic! They resolved my situation and tell me exactly what I needed to do to make life even more easier considering life is hard enough as it is thank you for being Who You Are
