Chili's Grill & Bar

Omw the food was delicious! I had the 3 fajita meal (chicken, shrimp, and beef) with rice and beans. Sooooo yummy! The service was friendly and fast.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch, and the reason I give service a 3 star is because my husband and I sat at the bar and when we arrived, there was only 1 other couple sitting across from us and maybe about a handful ( 5 ) sitting at tables, so they weren't busy at all, my husband and I had a few times we had questions about the menu and questions about drinks and our server was no where to be found. So, overall service was great, but the particular bartender/server we had was not on top of it, and it wasn't until after we were close to heading out the door that I went to use the restroom real quick and noticed that our server was busy talking in the kitchen with her co-workers, which I do understand that it does help get us through our day to have people to talk to, but she should have been a bit more attentive as well to the paying customers. Food was excellent, atmosphere was quiet as it was slow, but definitely clean and would recommend.

Great service! Ordered the trio. Cheeseburger, fries and baked potato soup. Shared a skillet chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Everything was delicious. Only fries were too salty...

I took my mom for lunch and was not disappointed! I haven't always had the best experiences here, but the other day was fantastic. I ordered the bacon burger with fries for lunch, and my mom ordered the steak entree. We were both very pleased with everything. We had the Guacamole appetizer and fresh lunch salads as well. Everything was delicious, and our server was so sweet and timed everything perfectly. Looking forward to the next time we can stop in for lunch!

This is the best Chili’s I’ve ever been to. As an 80’s child, Chili’s entered the scene like whoa. I remember going for the $1.50 chips and salsa and waters for the table as a teen, and pretending it was my birthday for the free brownie sundae. I am now 74 according to Chili’s records. But I digress. This particular Chili’s was fire. Not only did we have like 8 servers, they were literally the cutest. Our main chick, we will call her Debra because I forgot her name, brought us napkins 4 times. Homegirl saw how hungry we were after visiting baby horses in West Virginia and was all “I got you and your sticky fingers that may have horse poop on them.” She didn’t actually say that, but it was presumed. As we munched on our Chips & Salsa with a side of ranch perfection (no longer $1.50, thanks Biden), we watched as Timothy (again no idea what his name was) wiped down a table with such integrity and vigor that it was mesmerizing. Free show if I may. It was a solid 4 minutes of scrubbing, including the booth benches, all the crevices. I thought, “damn, I would feel comfortable just naked on these seats after that performance”. Timothy must also clean the floors because when I went to the bathroom, the signature sticky walk was nowhere to be found. I will go to this chili’s every time I visit baby horses in West Virginia.

Late night visit. ..1030 pm. One of my favorite restaurants in Winchester, Va. Service was excellent. We had the Southwest egg rolls, beer batter chicken tenders, Margherite chicken and drinks in 40 minutes flat!! Big respect for the sustainable silverware bags!!!

Best Damn Wings in the City for a chain restaurant. Period you can expect Geeat Service if you sitting at the Bar. John is an awesome Bartender. Your food comes out usually on time. Hey I’m here for the wings and so should you.

It's a nice restaurant, very clean and modern facility. The food is very good for reasonable prices, and you get what you pay for! Everything I've tried so far has been very tasty!! I would recommend it!

Standard Chili’s restaurant with many options menu and delicious food with reasonable price!

We go here at least 1 - 2 times a month for Friday night dinner with kids & Grandkids. Food is always good & tasty. Comes out hot no long wait. The other night there were several people running the food out as it was ready.
Always service with a SMILE TOO!

The service was great! However my To Go order was incorrect (shrimp instead of chicken, my little daughter is allergic to shellfish). I called spoke to Michael the manager. Michael was so polite and understanding. He didn't make any excuses (because who has time for that. Lol) Michael made personally sure my order was correct and better that I expected! We're all human and because of that we make mistakes. However when we have the opportunity to make things right, we should and that's what Michael and the staff at Chili's did!

So, I just got off of the phone with this Chili's managing partner, Michael. Great guy! I was there a while back for business so I need to expense the charge. Well, the app that I use for receipts did not keep (save?) the receipt. Michael checked the in the store history but their onsite info only goes back so far. He directed me to the website to message corporate about the issue and even had some great ideas to try and expedite the process. He put 100% into his effort to help me when I'm sure he has plenty on his plate. (along with some great salads and burgers.......... see what I did there?.......)

Food was great and the server was excellent.

My o my I love the southwest egg rolls! The waiters were wonderful and were patient with my kids. The prices have gone up in the last few years but so have everyone's. Also I highly recommend the chicken crispers with the honey chipotle sauce!

A full rack of ribs that was just a bit DRY, even after the Chipotle sauce.. but the EXCELLENT SERVICE made up for it..

I was very happy to see that the brisket burger is still on the new menu! I absolutely love this burger when it is skillfully prepared. I first had it in a Maryland restaurant up Rt. 81 and was blown away. It was perfect! I had it at this store about 6 weeks ago and so disappointed I couldn't finish it. So I tried it again today and it was just as good as my first try. I loved it! Great Service today as well!
