Macado's

I was really disappointed with my salad 🥗 I ordered MARGIE'S CASHEW CHICKEN but got something else. Nevertheless, the waitresses and crew are really nice, respectful, accommodating and made sure I get a salad with alternative ingredients that is available at that time. The sandwich tastes great 🥪! The place is nice too. Thank guys! Hopefully we can visit again.

My wife and I recently visited on a cold day to enjoy some warm food and colder drinks. Everything was great and we enjoyed all the tv’s for college football. Rule of thumb: always get a schooner of beer and the pretzels.

Wendy S took good care of us! We just needed a quick bite, so we shared the taco salad with chicken 🍗. We both had tea, sweet and unsweetened with lemon. A lovely chance to relax for a few minutes on the downtown mall. All of the employees were warm, pleasant and helpful. Don’t miss this hidden GEM!!

Stopped in for the first time on our way back to Canada from Florida. Had a great time and the waiter was fantastic. Service was prompt and our order came out quickly. If we ever stop here for the night we will most definitely go to Macado's to eat.

So many sandwich options!! The staff does an amazing job even though they are still short on staff they have you food and drinks to you super fast and never miss a beat! Yes you may have to wait to be seated but they are so friendly and for being worked as hard as they are they deserve customers who are friendly right back! I think everyone in Macados is doing a wonderful job!! Great food Great service Great job!

Really delicious food! Wonderfully eclectic atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Also right on the Old Town Winchester walking mall, so it's really convenient. They got the slightly fussy orders of my 5 kids right... And even I have trouble with that. :-)
I'm sure I'll be back, because they made a really good Ruben. And I do love a good Ruben.

The southwestern fiesta salad is soooo good. The waiters are really helpful and friendly. I've been here several times and it's always a good experience!

My boyfriend and I love Macado's! We decided to explore around Winchester for July 4th and stopped in. Despite it being very busy, our waiter was very nice and checked on us several times. He even saved us a few bucks by switching my sweet potato fries to a side with my sandwich and having my potato salad as a separate side. I thought that was very kind!

Wonderful food and service was great, even though it was busy and short on staffing, food came out fast. Would always recommend more out door seating.

Good food. They need more waiters. Wild Bill Burger was excellent! The Monday special 20 boneless wings for $6.

I want to say a big thank you to the waitstaff that we had Friday night. I didn't get our eaters name but he was young, glasses and about 5'6". Also, to the bartender (blond with dimples, " you guys were amazing and attentive. We were the couple sitting at the bar taking shots. You guys made our night, and I hope that this review gets you a bonus. Thank you for making our night. I owe you big!

Excellent as always. If the next reviewer is the guy who whined about the white bread (lol didn't read the sandwich description!) and who txted across from his kid for 40mins and then wondered how his sandwich got cold submits a review, just ignore it. Food here is great, staff are hustling, and everything is good. JUST SEND IT

Great menu to select from, generous portions and attentive servers. Out of towners next booth over asked about the area and the server gave an excellent overview of Winchester and the surrounding area.

Amazing food. Tried this place on a whim and man I am now a huge fan of this place.

Portions were massive and the food was amazing. Even when I got home the food was all still mostly hot. Also their French Dip is the best I've ever had.

Also when packing my food, they kept the warm and cold items separate which was genius and I hardly ever see that be done.

The place has a great atmosphere as well. Feels welcoming and warm.

Can't wait to come back here. Now I wanna try everything on the menu.

Macado's is a really good sandwich bar in old town Winchester. Great selection of sandwiches and beverages. Good to see some English Premiership memorabilia on the walls. Reasonable prices and good service

This place was sooo good. The food was excellent. The service was very slow though but it may have been because it was a Monday and I was with a large group. Definitely recommend this place for sandwich lovers.

My family and I have always enjoyed Macados but even we can admit that, in the past, there was a very long wait. We went on Saturday afternoon 8/13 around noon and it was very busy. There were people sitting outside and inside. We were greeted promptly when we walked in and our service was exceptional. Our waiter stopped several time to refill our drinks and to check on everything. We ordered an appetizer and three meals ( cheese sticks, fish tacos, and two hamburgers) and all the food came out quickly and hot.
I understand people not wanting to give Macados a chance because of past service but I believe they have turned the corner. The food is excellent!!!

Great burgers, they were lunch special. Huge and delicious. Not busy at all, fast service.
