Chipotle Mexican Grill

It's a chipotle. Can't expect much. Chips were good. Guacamole was good. I got a bowl, it was good. Only complaint was the lady was going so fast she was spilling $hi+ I didn't want in my bowl from other people in front of me. But I could have said something, I just instead asked for extras (cheese, lettuce, salsa, etc) lol.

We always stop here on our way to Central Virginia from PA because it is far and away the best Chipotle. The chicken is cooked well, not burnt. It is well staffed and efficient

Screw the bad press and corporate sabotage of them, they're always my go to on the road. Never had an issue. Fast, fresh, cheap and low carb. All winners in my book. Winchester seems to be staffed well too. Only issues last trip were tables not wiped down with an empty restaurant and staff standing around. Patrons should not be doing that!

Absolutely my favorite place to come to when I'm in Winchester, VA. Food is spectacular, fresh, and delicious. Staff if curtious, quick, and very helpful.

I dont know who the shorter girl with glasses who worked the line at around 7:30pm on Sunday was, but she literally made one of the best bowls I’ve had at any Chipotle. Please keep her and give her a raise.

Update: We visited and the restaurant was dirty. There was trash on the floor of the bathrooms were filthy. The women's bathroom was not working. The entire restaurant was not very clean. I ordered a barbacoa bowl and it had three small pieces of meat, no other meat. I received a veggie Bowl but paid for a bowl with meat. I'm not sure we will be going back to this location.

We ordered carryout here. Everything was ready to go. Utensils were in the bag and food was delicious and portions were adequate.

This is a great spot. I love chipotle and have eaten it in many locations and states. I've been to this location several times. The dining area, drink station, and tables have always been clean. The lines move quickly and the staff has always been friendly. The food is good and well prepared.
My only complaint is that they are often out of items. Today it was Guac another time it was a meat option and another time it was chips. They don't seem to prepare / order enough for the amount of business they get. Clearly they are busier than they think. I can forgive most things... but not guac! Lol 😆

I'll be back again to get some of that delicious guac that I am now craving!

I did a grub hub pickup order as I had money with grub hub. John and Annika was able to help me get the extra food in my burrito bowls. They went above and beyond making sure that the online order people knew to add the extras. Thank you!

This Chipotle has always gotten my order right. Yes they are only doing carry out and if you are picking it up at the peak times (5-8) people need to realize it will take a little longer to get your food. I get your pick up time was 6 pm but waiting an extra 15-20 minutes is no big deal. These employees are working during a pandemic and doing the best they can.

I’ve always had a good experience at this chipotle, and I get it almost every night after work! (I know I have a problem haha) Out of all the times I’ve ordered, I’ve only had a problem twice and both times the manager, Bridget made things right and took care of me! I appreciate the way things were handled and will be back.

You can't go wrong with Chipotle. My latest visit was near the end of the lunch rush, and the dining room was a bit messy. But overall not a bad experience.

First time my wife had been to Chipotle. Was actually kind of surprised to find that out myself. We both had carnitas burrito bowls. There was plenty left over for lunch the next day. Great food and very prompt service. Highly recommend this location.

Very busy - means it's good right! Made my burrito to perfection. Parking lot was full so busy was to be expected.

Chill environment, great food , friendly staff. Even when something gets messed up they never have an issue accommodating things. They also have great catering! Love you chipotle ♥

I rarely leave reviews anywhere, I come to this chipotle all the time and always get great service and awesome food, so I’ve been to bunch chipotle’s from here to dc, but just had a great experience here, the young man and woman working the online to go order area today at 11:30 are awesome and deserve a raise!! My wife ordered us food online, I went in to get it, supposed to be ready around 11:15, went in closer to 11:20 but it still wasn’t there, waited and checked new bags once they put them down on the shelves for 5-10 mins or less, the gentleman working to go orders came up and said he noticed I’ve been there for a couple mins and asked name of order to check, he checked and found it wasn’t ordered, called my wife and she checked and found while busy with work forgot to hit the submit to finish order, thankfully he came and checked!! So she hit submit and he said give him 5 mins, less than 1-2 mins later he actually called the name and the lady was bringing our order out! So even with shelves full and them still brining orders back to back out they still looked out for me, Doesn’t seem like much or a big deal to some but it was just greatly appreciated and Great service, thank you

It's Chipotle. I would rather watch my delicious entrée be made before my eyes. The chicken freshly grilled on the asado. Those cooked fajita veggies and the double scoop of salsa. Add the crema and some avocado and you're dun son! Chipotle has great food, made by great people. Walking in and picking it up right off the shelf is a little convenient....

My food was delicious and there wasn't much of a wait. I wanted the new Pollo Chicken Asada quesadilla but I had to order it through my app and wait for it. Next time I'll know better.
