The spa was great, they really had a great massage therapist who was able to work the knots out of my shoulders. Would 100% be locked up here again.

Keep getting calls from someone in the jail and when trying to call the jail to see who it is or how to get them to stop,i can't get through to anyone at all. The menu just spins you in circles with no way to talk to anyone...very frustrating and getting annoyed by the calls and am not about to pay the phone company to find out who is harassing us

Nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live here.

I understand this is a jail in the purpose is to correct and maintain people who have done wrong, however, the way the staff here treats inmates is beyond inhumane. These are some of the most belligerent, disgusting people I have ever seen. The only officer in the facility that treated me like a human being was Ms. Priest, the rest of them need to be checked. A higher-up should look into the way their officers are treating people here. Absolutely ridiculous!

They don’t answer the phone

This place treats inmates as guilty from the get go. Patients requiring medicine don't get their meds when they are supposed to and the records department are just rude. I'm lodging a formal complaint with the VARJ.

So unprofessional and incompetent it was shocking. Reception was completely abandoned for hours. When I finally did find the magistrate the first words out her mouth were "I don't like your tone" before refusing to talk to me otherwise. Seriously disgusting behavior from someone whos supposed to be a civil servant.

Can't reach anyone who works there!

I have neen trying for days to find an inmate there to give money too. I dont even know if he'd get it i think im going to call my senator about this place. By the reviews, someone needs to look into this place. This isn't 1930.

If there was a way to give a minus review I would. This is the worst jail ever. I was waiting to get my daughter released after paying a bondsman. We were waiting for eight hours before they would release her. They lied to us about not having the papers. The bondsman had called the jail ahead of time and they told him that they already had the papers. They lied by saying the papers had to go back and forth from one place to another in the jail. That was complete bull. They were just stalling. It is all part of their sick Power Trip game.
Other people were back from Court far after her and were released before her. There was no toilet paper in the restrooms. The system here is not only inefficient but designed to destroy and dishearten anyone who has any modicum of creativity or intelligence or spirit. As it is now, just like in all those movies that you see where people are defiant against the repressive powers that try to smash everyone down if you say anything they make it much worse for you. So here I am standing in the rain. It's now almost quarter after 8 and she is still not out. Already another young man came out and he said that she was right behind him. But she is still not out yet. Free speech? That is just bull. If you speak out in defense of yourself they will smash you down. Her charge is complete bull. The person that it was perpetrated against is her friend and he wants to drop the charges but the state wants to press of course because that's how they make their money. The court system is corrupt and it is a money-making business. The police the judges all the people who work in the system have their secret handshakes they all get cutbacks. Oh I'm sure there is about 5% of police that actually are good. But how can they stand against the wave of corrupt and evil and mean-spirited people who only are in it to hurt and maim and Squash our youth. Why do you think America is going downhill. And China and every other country is surpassing America? It is because of the greedy money-grubbing mean-spirited evil men who run the police and Justice rather - inJustice system.

The receptionist is very unprofessional. I called with a question and she treated ME like I did something wrong. Sorry, but if you are that miserable at your job go find a new one.

1)phone services is god awful- there's no option to talk to a real human. 2) I have been looking FOR DAYS for a visit sign up form NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! 3) I would give this ZERO stars. Fix it

Their phone system is nearly impossible to use and you can't get a live person. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.
