I was seen promptly and my treatment needs were explained thoroughly. I felt very confident in the competency of Dr Pell and his assistant. They worked well together to make sure my appointment was quick and painless. All of the staff members I encountered were pleasant and professional. The office is welcoming, clean, and state of the art. I highly recommend this office if you are seeking quality dental care by caring providers.

I'm telling you now, when you walk in you'll be greeted with sincerity. Everyone that works there knows how scared a visit can be ..no matter how young or old you are. My dentist took time with me ensuring I understood my options. Immediately I knew I was in the right place. Hands down, best experience ever from check in to check out!

Absolute amazing experience. I had my teeth cleaned by Jordan and I think this is the cleanest they have ever been. I'm a regular 6 month cleaning kind of gal and I've never had the steps explained and so much care taken with each of them to ensure I was satisfied with the service. The dentist was great also, I just didn't spend as much time with her, as I was there for a routine cleaning.

Dr Pell is awesome. If there is an issue, he gets it taken care of quickly. I had a new hygienist today, Jordan. She was great. She made me feel more relaxed than I've ever felt while getting a cleaning..she's part time but I hope she stays.

Bestest Dentist I have been to in my 52 years. Dr. Pell and his staff are caring, compassionate, empathetic & fantastic. If you have a dental phobia fear no more. You won’t after a visit with Shenandoah Family. I speak from experience.

Hands down the best dentistry I have EVER been to. They are super gentle and thorough , explain everything they are doing, and don’t pressure me into unnecessary treatments. Lovely comfortable waiting area. All staff encounters were friendly and Professtional. I needed a last minute appt for a heart valve replacement that needed a dental clearance. Staff made sure I could get in on short notice. Treatment plan all before surgery. Most accomodating. Your kindness and understanding are most appreciated. Thank you!

I love going to Shenandoah Family Dentistry here in Winchester. I was there for my scheduled cleaning and it couldn't have gone better. My hygienist was Karissa. Karissa was so personable, knowledgeable and proficient! Before I knew it, the appointment was over. And I have to say that everyone in the office is so very kind. Thank you Karissa!
