Smiles of Virginia is great! Was greeted with a smile by Tracy. Bri is a excellent dental hygienist. Ariana is a awesome dental assistant. Jordan patient care takes the time to answer any questions you have. The office is warm, welcoming, friendly. Put my fear of dental work to rest. Dr. Amber is amazing.

Excellent experience as a first-time patient. Beautiful, clean, and modern facility. Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. My hygienist Lisa was kind, very gentle and did an excellent cleaning. Dr. Kim was thorough in his explanation and checkup. Very pleased overall. Thanks!

It has been a long time since I had been to the dentist. Longer than I care to admit. But every single person treated me with such kindness and respect while I was there. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. My hygienist was very gentle and patient with me, especially after I explained to him that I had some anxiety. And Dr. Greg was great as well! A great experience. So much so that I am making appointments here for my 5 year old and 9 month old.

I had my first visit as an emergency appointment and was seen in a few hours. My daughter, son in law and his family are all patients here. They were so very accommodating and kind to me. The news was not great but they did everything possible to ensure my comfort. My second visit was a consultation and an exam and I have met a wonderful hygienist that I will be quite comfortable with. This is saying a lot from someone who severe anxiety of anything dental. I would highly recommend them. From the reception to the exams and procedures, just such a positive experience!

I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. To be honest for me that’s an odd thing to say. I had not been to the dentist since 2009 and I thought my teeth were at the point if no return but Smiles of Virginia turned that around. Cameron took the time to educate me on the current status of my teeth, as well as how to properly care for them in the future. If I could return every three months I would. I highly recommend Smiles of Virginia to any and everyone!

This was by far one of the best dentist experiences Ive had. The receptionist (Jayla) was very welcoming and kind. Madison and Cameron did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I was very pleased with the services.

For someone who has dental anxiety Smiles of Virginia did wonders on not only making me feel comfortable and relaxed but explaining each procedure they were doing. They went over my treatment plain in depth, and are extremely reasonably priced for those without insurance like myself. I will definitely be recommending them! This is by far the best dentist office I've ever visited. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The reception area is comfortable and even has a couple of "old" arcade games in a small room to the side. The music going through the office was fantastic! The whole facility is not only immaculately clean but using impressive technology and use of space! It was inviting instead of sterile - even though it was likely sterile as well.

Cameron was hands-down the best hygienist I've ever had. I don't suffer from dental anxiety so there's not a lot I need to know or have done to calm me down or anything BUT there are some sensitive areas that I always make folks aware of. Not only was he super gentle around those areas, he would tell me as he was getting closer to them and reminded me to breathe when he was working on them. He didn't try to just push on and get through - he took his time. He was also very informative with everything he was doing.

Dr. Kim was equally impressive! He was familiar with some of the issues I have and how we need to manage them going forward. He and Cameron provided plenty of advice and support and I know exactly what we need to do above and beyond the normal dental health "stuff".

As much as one can enjoy initial dental exams with all the x-rays, etc, I did. I'm glad I found this dental group and "look forward" to working with them.

Truly fantastic dental office. The office is extremely clean, modern, and welcoming throughout. I had a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment the next day and the issue was able to be fixed during my visit. I am terrified of dental procedures, and Dr. Kim and his hygienist (I wish I remembered her name) were extremely friendly and professional. Both helped put me at ease for the procedure I had and both made me feel like I was the only patient they had in that moment. Highly recommend, and thank you Smiles of Virginia for being so fabulous!

Jaimie, Kara, and Jordan Lewis all helped me with my appt and billing. They were very professional and nice dressed. Rosa paid extra attention to detail with my cleaning and explained everything in detail. This is the best dental facility in the area.

This office and experience was unbelievable! I called them and got an appointment that day. I had my teeth cleaned and a broken tooth fixed within 2 weeks everything was done! Dr. Greg is outstanding. My tooth had a huge filling and was broken. He took the time to put a new filling in it and I didn’t have to go the expensive root canal oral surgeon route. I don’t like dentist or pain and I will say he made my visits very comfortable . Alex his assistant definitely knows her job. Didn’t feel like I was being drowned while getting my tooth fixed. Also Rosie the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. I’m pretty sure she worked through her lunchtime because she knew I really wanted my teeth cleaned. So glad I found this place!

What a fabulous office! The staff is professional, helpful and amazingly friendly! We are new in town and so happy to land at this dentist office! We see Cameron and he is just the most helpful and is great at explaining everything. Make the appointment! You won’t be disappointed.

It was my first time going today and my appointment went well! Dr Cameron was super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. One thing I really appreciated was that he explained everything that he was doing while doing the cleaning. Other places haven’t done that and honestly used to make me very anxious to go to the dentist. Dr Amber was also very sweet and helpful. She helped me in finding a good orthodontist to go see for potential Invisalign. The place was super nice and even had an arcade area for kids! This is the most professional and comfortable dentist I’ve ever been to.

Very nice atmosphere for a dentist office. The staff is awesome! Make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the doors until time you leave. My anxiety was not bad today for being first time and not knowing them. They are so understanding with patients who have anxiety! I will return! If you don't have a dentist please give them a call they will help you!

This was my first dental appointment since moving to the area and I’m so happy I scheduled an appointment here. I saw Bri and Dr. Greg, and they were attentive, kind, and helpful with my questions and concerns. Reception staff was also very kind and welcoming. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Winchester area!

Jordan at the front desk is very helpful when giving details about the cost. My husband had such a great experience there. Dr Kim thank you for taking care of him. He really liked your bedside manner. He will be back.

My children and I are patients here and I have never felt so comfortable at a dental office! Everyone is so kind and personable!

Dr Greg has great bed side manner, explains everything well, and truly cares about his patients!

First off the office building is beautiful inside. Second, the staff are very nice, Dr Kim and Grace were wonderful. I definitely recommend them. I'd like to add I was seen as a emergency for pain and needed a root canal. Both Dr Kim and Grace skipped their lunches to get the work I needed done.

I am not a Dr type or Dentist! It has been a very long time swnse i stepped into a dentistry. Ross maid my experience very pleasent and comfortable. Kim and Ross explained everything to me in a way that made sense. I will be going back with no hesitations. Thank you
