Tolley Dental of Winchester

I recently had my first visit at Tolley Dental and was incredibly impressed. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, kind and professional. I was called back a few minutes BEFORE my appointment time. Dr Tolley was thorough, efficient and personable. Definitely a 5 star experience.

It was my first time coming to this practice and I was very impressed. The office is open, airy and very clean, so that is reassuring. My dental hygienist was Emily who was AMAZING. Emily was professional, knowledgeable and engaging. I felt so comfortable and safe. Dr. Joy was warm and lovely, yet professional and very competent. She said "welcome to our family" and a truer statement could not be made.

I initially went to Dr. Tolley for a second opinion on some major dental work I wanted/needed done. From the moment I walked in it was evident Dr. Tolley cares about his patients well being and he goes the extra mile to ensure they feel comfortable. I will absolutely be switching to Dr. Tolley and cannot wait to have my smile back!!

Everyone from office staff to hygienists to dentists are always very professional and courteous. For me, Tolley Dental is super convenient as I work just up the street and I can always get an appointment during my lunch break. If you are looking for a dentist, I would 100% recommend Tolley Dental!

For a guy that’s not too fond of Dentist’s. Been scared and uncomfortable with dentist’s ever since of “Little Shop of Horror's” Ben and his staff is by far the best place I’ve ever been too. I still panic a bit just cause of my nature with Doc’s and Dentists, but I can honestly say I always leave there satisfied and happy! Staff is really nice and thorough! Would recommend Tolley Dental to anyone without a doubt! Thanks again Ben and Staff I’ll be seeing ya’ll in April!

Excellent! Can’t say enough about Winchester Tolley Dental! Front desk was courteous, and efficient. My hygienist April was amazing! She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and gentle. Highly recommend Tolley Dental.

I had Kristian today who was very pleasant and willing to listen to my concerns on my routine cleaning. She was very gentle cleaning my teeth and they felt great afterwards. I have been going to this facility for years now and they do not disappoint. They do not force unnecessary work, they do not over charge and they care about the longterm preservation of your teeth. I am probably one of the pickiest people out there when it comes to dentists or doctors and I’m very comfortable here. They are not belittling because you have questions rather they work with you and address your concerns. I have been to many dentist’s and some who only have a financial interest in you THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

Cannot say enough good things about my experience. The complete office is 💯 professional, but even more welcoming to make the visit that much better. I never thought that a dental appointment could be that way.

Literally the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr.Tolley is the nicest dentist and he could have let me do a procedure (cosmetic) that would have cost me some money but he was honest and said it wouldn’t last and figured out a better way to fix my issue. The dental office is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. I have already scheduled all my routine work with them. I highly recommend them.

We have had great experiences at Tolley dental. Samantha Smith is a wonderful hygienist and we love Mitra Westover. She is so great and patient with kids and adults. I would highly recommend this practice!

Great experience! Quick appointment time for an emergency appointment. Dr Westover was so helpful and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain the process. One of the easiest dental experiences I have ever had!! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help! Impressed!!

I’m not a huge fan of the dentist but had an awesome experience at Dr. Tolley’s office.

The facilities are immaculate. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. My hygienist put my mind at ease from the start. And Dr. Tolley was so kind and helpful.

The appointment was punctual, the insurance process was seamless, the examination was thorough, the facility was nice, and it was a good experience overall. I have been going to Dr. Mitra Westover for almost a year now. It has been the most pleasant experience I have had at a dentist office. They are caring, concerned, accommodating and more.
I have had several things done from extraction to crowns & a bridge and each experience was taken care of very professionally and excellently done. Dr. Mitra is calm, patient, understanding and works well with you in any need to accommodate you. She & Melissa both were aware of my upcoming surgery and made sure I was comfortable in my visits (which were sometimes as much as 1-1/2 hrs in the chair). Upon returning from my surgery, the first thing they inquired about was my health in all sincerity.
I do not look at them as just my dentist and assistant but also as friends.
I will be recommending them to anyone that is looking for a dentist.
Thank you girls for doing such a wonderful job and making my mouth brand new. My teeth thank you, also.

In my 60 years, I have not been to a dentist as caring as Dr Tolley. He always makes sure I am comfortable and if I have a concern, he does everything in his power to resolve it. I have TMJ and need to wear a night guard. He understands how important the night guard is to me and he ensures that it fits properly, even after having dental work like new crowns. He has always put me as a patient and a person above everything, so I would highly recommend Dr Tolley.

Tolley Dental is hands down the best office I've ever been to. If you have any kind of anxiety or issues with going to the dentist, fear no more. Thank you to every member of the staff for everything!

Highly recommend Dr Tolley’s office! The staff is amazing in there. They all make you feel very welcome. The hygienist I had really took her time with the cleaning I had done and my teeth literally could not have felt better! I’ve been to a few offices before and never felt that way before.

Today (March 26, 2024) was my first “return” visit to Tolley Dental. Not only did the office call me and ask if I could come in earlier due to a cancellation, but I was greeted with the same professional, courteous, and welcoming attitude as previous.

Once again, Samantha was my hygienist, and she was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, attentive to my concerns, and professional in her duties.

I also had the pleasure of Dr. Joy doing the final check before I left. Unfortunately I have a previous filling that is loose, so that will need to be corrected. Once again, the attention to detail, my concerns, overall oral health, and other concerns were addressed.

The service is no fluke at Tolley Dental! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone looking for a quality dental practice.

Mattie is amazing, she is confident, competent and made me feel at ease. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. Dr. Tolley has restored my faith in the dental profession by going out of his way to successfully fix dental mistakes made by other dentist from my past.
