Westover Family Dentistry: Winchester Location

Jack, the hygienist, was over the top good. My first impression of Dr Westover was I immediately liked him. Of course he hasn’t done any drilling on me yet so we’ll see if my impression stays positive. The office is beautiful and well decorated. The cool looking round chandelier in the waiting area has two burned out bulbs.😂 l notice things like that. The entire staff was extremely friendly and very professional and knowledgeable. I have an appointment next week to fill two cavities so we’ll see how it goes.
Update: Monday - I had my appointment this morning to fix two cavities. They were actually able to take me a few minutes early. This was my first experience with laser drilling if drilling is even the right word. Anyway no needles no numbing required. It was great, fast and easy for me anyway. I love the new technology but thought the price was a little high so I asked my previous dentist who told me the price was in the ball park. I guess it has been a while since I had my last filling. Again everyone was very friendly. They didn’t have the ladder and light bulbs ready for me to change the burned out lights in the chandelier so I can only charge them a service call. I knocked off a little since they were to provide the ladder and bulbs. I wonder if they will pay me as fast as I paid them???

Today was my third appointment at Westover Family Dentistry. Dr. Westover and his staff are wonderful. They are consistently kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and skillful. I was 100% impressed with the dental services provided to my special needs son by Dr. Austin Westover today. From the coordination of the appointment to the appointment itself, Dr. Westover and his staff were incredibly friendly and very professional. They worked well as a team and explained everything both in advance and during the treatment. I was extremely happy with the results of the 4 crowns and 1 root canal and my son’s smile is so much nicer. Because of his severe special needs he requires anesthesia for x-rays, repair work, etc. Dr Westover and his staff coordinated with an anesthesiologist to come to their office and it went off quite well. The icing on the cake for us was their ability to do same-day crowns meaning my son only needed to go under anesthesia once in order to treat his teeth. The office itself was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. I highly recommend Westover Family Dentistry office and Dr. Austin Westover.

I was so impressed with the team at Westover Family Dentistry, especially Dr. Westover himself. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left, I experienced first-class customer service. Everyone was so polite and greeted you with a smile. Dr. Westover was clearly knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor (which helps if you’re nervous about going to the Dentist) and he explained everything in great detail so that you’re able to understand. The office is modern and beautifully designed and decorated, which I love. The waiting area has a special section specifically designed for young children and the exam rooms are neat and clean with TV’s mounted on the ceiling for your viewing pleasure while you’re getting treatment. I was thoroughly impressed with my entire experience at this office and you will be too!

Very glad we chose the Westover Dental team. All of the team are very professional and caring in the way they treat you. Dr. Ash explains everything about what he will be doing and is attentive to your comfort during procedures. Very thankful to be under their care.

Truly I think Dr. Austin Westover is honest, kind and very professional. He takes his time thoroughly going over my examinations and treatments. Dr. Westover takes pride in his work. He should especially when he has worked hard to obtain the education, training, and licensing for this medical profession. The office staff at Westover Dentistry are always friendly, proficient in completing appointments, handling phone calls, and addressing my concerns or claims. Very good first impression. Beautiful office and very helpful. Tablets for check-in were a bit frustrating. Attentive and pleasant staff. Equipment appears current. Chair massagers a nice touch and pleasant distraction. Enjoyed TV on ceiling. Dental consultation with 3D image of teeth made the explanations and following treatment plan clear. AND they accept Delta Dental. Recommend this practice.

I'm a new patient at Westover. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything throughly. Had a procedure today and it went very well. I couldn't be more pleased.

An incredibly positive customer centered experience. This was an emergency visit and my 1st experience with Westover Family Dentistry, P.C. Dr Westover and his assistant were terrific. My husband and I are making Westover are dentist going forward. We had our follow-up visit today, January 23, and again received excellent customer-centered care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Westover for over 5 years and have always been very happy with my treatments and with the helpful attitude of all of his staff. I had a time sensitive emergency today and the staff got me in right away. Dr. Westover went above and beyond to get my treatment completed in time for my upcoming move. I am very appreciative of him and his team and highly recommend Westover Family Dentistry.

Hygienist Alisha did an excellent and thorough job on cleaning my teeth!!! They are sparkly clean now. The staff was so welcoming and kind as it was my first time coming to Westover Family Dentistry. Dr Westover did a thorough exam and was so nice. The office environment and exam room made me feel so calm and peaceful which is very important coming to the dentist. Thank you Alisha, Dr. Westover, and all of the staff for a wonderful first experience.

Jacqueline, the dental hygienist, was very polite and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Ash gave me a thorough rundown of what was good with my teeth as well as a few recommendations to offset some potential future issues. All in all, it was a very good exam and visit.

This practice is unlike any I've ever gone too. They are very knowledgeable and provided everything I needed to start treatment! I've gone to two other providers in the past year and both were incompetent! Everything was explained in great detail and the service provided was excellent.

I had a tooth extracted and new bone inserted in the opening to get ready for an implant. It only took 15 minutes. Dr Westover is both very professional and kind. He explains everything he is going to do and why. I highly recommend him!
Update 1/7/24 Just received the implant. It only took about 15 minutes and all is well.
Update 4/16/24 was just measured for my crown and all is well.

I have not been going there very long, but ive never had a bad visit. Its very clean and they are very welcoming. I even brought my 17 month old in today and they have toys and are very sweet to everyone including my little one! Love this place!!

Dr Ash was able to see me on very short notice. I am new to the area and needed some dental work. The office is extremely comfortable, clean, bright and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Was provided with the amount I would owe ahead of the procedure and everything went well.

Annie's professional expertise and personal attention in providing the best possible dental hygiene has been greatly appreciated over the years, and I will miss her. Prayers and good wishes on her family's relocation. God speed. :-)
