Shenandoah Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

We had an amazing experience at Shenandoah Smiles. We were greeted with all smiles and they knew my son’s name instantly. It was his first dentist appointment being a year and a half and the Hygentist and Dentist were so patient with him and he was absolutely comfortable.

My son received great services! Dr.Gibson and all the staff was amazing. Thank you for helping my baby.

My daughter and I absolutely love Shenandoah Smiles! Everyone there must genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their little patients and the parents. I’m sure they see hundreds of families a day but they never make you feel like “just another one”. They explain every step of every process to the kids which may not seem like a big deal to my almost nine year old who knows what to expect. However, it was much appreciated when she was a toddler and extremely apprehensive about being at the dentist. I would recommend Shenandoah Smiles to anyone and everyone with a child but especially a child that is extra nervous or anxious about going to the dentist. From the calm, compassionate, friendly demeanor of all the staff and the bright, yet soothing child friendly decor to the TVs playing kid shows/movies above the dentist chairs, your child will feel so at ease at Shenandoah Smiles!

I’ve been taking my children to Shenandoah Smiles for a little over 5 years now. Dr. Gibson and her team have always been great! They always go above and beyond to make sure my children have always been comfortable and happy! I would recommend them to anyone!

They were great from start to finish! Front desk was really nice. The waiting room is roomy and kid friendly.The dental technician was very kind and patient and took time to answer all my questions. I had questions about insurance and she made sure to check and get accurate answers. She made my little girl feel comfortable. The dentist was good at making everything clear that needed to be done. I was nervous before taking my girl, but they put me at ease right away and I appreciate that very much.

I really like this dental office because they take care of my son with special needs when no one else did or even had the ability to. I trust the 2 dentists who are both so sweet and the staff has been great with getting us into emergency appointments. I can't thank them enough for that.

With the little one being so young (4) I was hesitant but they handled her with nothing but love and compassion. The recovery stage was hard for her but all the staff were very pleasant and on top of things. They sure did make us feel comfortable and they went above and beyond 💕

The staff did amazing at managing all 3 kids (19mo, 7 and 11) — my kids aren’t great at the dentist. Everything was smooth, and well planned and orchestrated. Care was excellent and speedy. Dr. MacFarland (name? So?) was amazing — my favorite so far there.They find ways to be more and more efficient. And it is so clean and accommodating.

Amazing staff and Dentists. I would recommend them to anyone especially parents who have children with sensory issues. They are so kind and make sure your child is taken care of. 1000/10

I couldn't recommend this office more. They are very kind and patient with both kids and parents. They take the time to explain things. Our kids have had some challenging dental issues, and they're very knowledgeable and expert in caring for them.

We came here for a second opinion after a really awful experience at another pediatric dentist in town. Immediately my son felt safe and welcome. The staff was all smiles and joy and there was a lot to keep his attention in the waiting room. When it came time for the consultation they let him investigate all the tools and helped him understand what was happening in a non-scary way. I was given multiple estimates and options for treatment so I could make the right choice for our schedule and budget. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for DR. Ally

After our 2nd appointment with Dr.Gibson, we can say that we are happy we’ve chosen her to be our daughter’s dentist!

Todays visit was a procedure, an we had tons of reassurance and comforting. They rewarded our babygirl with a toy and a popsicle and reminded her of how great she was.

The most amazing practice. Just took my year old twins in for their first visit. Doctor and staff were all so helpful since i was NY myself that day. Helped me get them in and out and so efficent and patient. I bring my 3 year old daughter here as well. Not only are they some of the best doctors but also just amazing people as well.

Absolutely awesome dentistry and orthodontics!!! They have always been so sweet and gentle with both of my kids! Assistant Gabbie and Dr Ally are phenomenal, they went above and beyond for my kids to have a great experience today!

The ladies at this office are absolutely AMAZING!!! My son is 6 years old and very very rambunctious… however they did not blink an eye or smug at all at the way he was acting that day. They treated him and myself with the most kindness a person is capable of giving. Everyone here is absolutely GREAT! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. Wonderful Ladies!!!!

The Doctors and hygienists along with all of the staff are super pleasant and easy to work with. The hygienist worked extremely well with my grandson. We have been coming here over a year now. We have had wonderful experiences here every visit!

I had all 3 of my kids today, 2 for cleanings and 1 for a procedure where an extraction was required. The staff was absolutely amazing in supporting my kids AND me. Seeing my little one go through pain to have the tooth pulled really hit my heart, and the dentist to the assistant were compassionate and caring. The office environment is very inviting and warm. The colors promote calmness in an office where children can feel uneasy. I recommend this practice to everyone.

Always love this place!! Everyone there is so sweet and fun! My kid loves it, she's never been scared of the dentist! I would recommend them to anyone with kiddos. Also the coolest dentist office I've ever seen, hands down, aesthetic on 1 million.

Dr. Allie is amazing. She is super friendly and caring. My daughter was getting work done on her teeth and began to cry. Dr. Allie stopped what she was doing and began to talk to my daughter to see why she was upset and did what she needed to do to make her comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She's awesome!!!
