I thought my car was on its last leg. I knew a cylinder was not firing and believed it to be a fouled spark plug. I took it to SOS and asked that replace it. They did not, as they had found the cause to be a bad coil for that cylinder. Now I can keep my car and not get rid of it. Great job!! Prompt. Friendly, thorough, and honest; they did not try to rip me off.

Small family owned business that have excellent mechanics and customer service. Every time I go I always see the owner and he is so kind along with everyone else who works there. This is the only place I will ever go for car service.

Needed some work on my car. They priced everything for me an it ended up coming out cheaper then the quote that was given. Staff very helpful and friendly!

The premises reflects the high quality of their work: it's neat, clean, organized, efficient, and highly professional. Excellent work at a fair price, and a job done right. Several repair bays, all orderly and spotless. A neat, clean, comfortable waiting area with leather seats, tv, reading materials, and a spotless restroom. Friendly, professional staff; highly trained mechanics; wish I lived closer to have them for regular vehicle maintenance.

Excellent service. Great people, great mechanics, and great owner. In the past few years, SOS has solved many problems on my vehicles including a few that some other shops had missed (e.g. a loose nut had prevented proper alignment by the dealership, a fuel injector installed by another shop wasn't properly tightened). I took my truck in to Mr. Steve for an overall wellness visit since we are planning to visit the sunny south. As usual Mr. Steve and his expert crew treat my truck like it was one of their own. I mentioned some things that I wanted him to check, but they did more than that. Mr. Steve and his expert crew went over every single inch of my truck and found things that needed repair. His friendly, knowledgeable secretary called and informed me of the things that needed attention before beginning the work and informed me of the estimate. Because of the nature of the items that needed repaired, my truck stayed overnight and when I picked it up the following day it was properly repaired and clean. The work completed was top notch and the price was excellent. Actually less than the estimate. If you're looking for the BEST it's SOS!

I have been a customer at SOS Repair since I moved to Winchester 6 years ago and I always leave 100% satisfied. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, reliable and their prices are extremely fair. They are a successful small family owned shop because they understand that customer satisfaction leads to repeat business. I recently decided not to buy a new Tacoma and opted, instead, to restore my current one. As a result, they will be seeing me a lot in the coming year.

I have been with SOS Repair for 2 years and would not take my car for check ups anywhere else. I have tried multiple places in the past but not till I tried SOS have I drove off the lot with my car feeling better about her check ups. I have been here for Tire rotation, inspection, breaks, motor issues and other things due to buying my car from an unreliable source (gasoline alley). SOS keeps her always taken care of for a decent price that works

I love this shop they know what they are doing they always take great care of my car I never had any complaints about this place when I got my car oil done but when I got new tires n brakes not going to lie that was the most expensive part but they did a great job I would recommend everyone coming to this place also the prices are good too so your using your money wisely n choosing wisely coming here

Incredible service both on the phone and in person. Key drop and pick up are the best I have experienced. The technician working on my vehicle was knowledgeable and efficient. Able to address my issues with prompt diagnostics and repair. Definitely recommend and will be going back.

The owner runs a tight ship. It's organized very well. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and their time management is on point. They do good work there. I would go so far as to say that they are the best shop in Winchester! If your car needs anything more than just maintenance and you're concerned about ensuring that it's in good hands, look no further. They do maintenance things as well, but they specialize in repairs, replacements, and rebuilds! I highly recommend them!

True professionals- honest work for your money. Not over priced like your dealerships who have tons of overhead and staff to cover. I was taking my vehicle to a dealership who was on my route to work- not anymore. This place earned my business the first time I took it in... and it's 40 minutes out of my way! Staff is wonderful, friendly, honest, and respectful. Won't sell you something you don't need. Treat your vehicle as if it were there own.

These people are so nice and professional! They take the time to explain everything and don't mind questions. We brought our car to them and they had it fixed in a day. You can't beat their prices! They won't try to get you to buy extra things and are honest about what is urgent and what can wait. They're definitely our repair shop of choice!
