Hands down the best car buying experience I've had. Everything was prepared for my appointment and flawless throughout the whole process. This is the fastest I've ever purchased a vehicle and the experience was top notch. My salesperson Scott H. was amazing and had everything ready for my appointment to include options ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful too. I would definitely buy a car here again in the future.

This place kept my car for over a year because we couldn’t get a single part from overseas. They did such a great job and keeping my car safe (minus the spiders I’ve been finding for a month lol!!) Thank you!!

So I know most reviews for car dealerships tend to be bad, but I couldn't be happier with the recent purchase of a vehicle for a family member. My wife and I walked in and sat down with our sales consultant Ethan. We explained what we were looking for and since all of the brands we were considering were located here, this made everything simple (VW & Mazda). Ethan quickly got an example of both vehicles so we could compare them side by side, feature by feature. We went out for a test drive on the first one and determined it was what we were looking for. After some quick number discussions, we finished the credit application online, provided some paperwork, and went to lunch. When we got back, the F&I portion took maybe 15 minutes with Mason which was by far the quickest I've ever had in the last 20 years. By the time that was done, the vehicle was out of detailing. Ethan went over some of the features and I was on my way. Great service all around.

After some confusion in setting up an appointment - Kelly was amazing in trying to accommodate me and once I had the appointment, she got me out of there as soon as possible. She is a real gem of customer service! Super knowledgeable and very empathetic to consumer needs/situations.

Check in for service was very easy for my car's scheduled maintenance. I initially requested shuttle service to take me back home, but decided that I didn't need one. Kelly was very friendly and accommodating, once I settled down in the lobby to wait, she offered a loaner that was available since the maintenance may take over 4 hours. Later, I received recommended services for my car through text and it was easy to accept or decline the options. Once my car was ready, I came back and Kelly also forewarned me that my next scheduled maintenance will 0be a bigger one and she suggested possible finance options when I get to that point. Kelly was very helpful and I appreciated the heads up. I was very pleased with her service.

The employees at the service center are AWESOME!! Nick himself kept me updated on everything that was done on my car. I would recommend them to anyone! I wish they where located her in NY.

Kelly is an asset to your team and fantastic to deal with. After my car broke down due to some bad fuel, the team worked hard to assess the damage, conduct repairs, while keeping me updated throughout. While I have a service package with VW Sheehy, hoping to be able to bring my car back to VW Beyer in the future. Great team. Great service.
