Oh my gosh, the review about the staff being horrible could not be more wrong. I’ve been seeing Dr. Knotts and her staff since she opened up her office. They take their time and they take care of their patients. Wonderful and kind staff. My wife and three kids also are patients and we’ve never had a bad experience. I’d bring my dog if I could :). Highly recommend Dr. Knotts as your family dentist!

Dr. Knotts and her staff are amazing, nice, and very courteous. I had a bad toothache and she got me in the same day I called. She was very focused on how I felt and the extraction was painless and very quick. I have found my new dentist. Thank You Dr. Knotts and your awesome assistant!!!

Dr. Knotts and her staff are wonderful. They’re just like family. She and her staff understand the balance of cost and care. They work with you on scheduling and making sure you understand your insurance benefits (or lack there of). I’ve never had anything less than a pleasant experience with them.

My whole family has been going here for several years and this is our favorite dentist we’ve ever been to! The front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Knotts are wonderful. No complaints thus far with anything. It’s a nice office as well.

I was having a bad day and after leaving my day was much better! I have been coming to this office for years the staff is always amazing. I love all the ladies always very patient and kind. I switched to this office after some pretty horrible experiences at Valley Dental Group/Care(?). I’ve been here a handful of times and still have yet to have any issues. The staff is very nice as is the doctor. I’ve honestly never had a dentist be as nice to me as she has. When she does work on my teeth, I don’t feel like I’m getting swindled. This office doesn’t just recommend care that you don’t need. I’ll continue to come here as long as I live in the area.

Dr. Knotts is calm, friendly and very experienced. She treats patients and their dental problems with respect and professionalism. Her staff reflects her example, the technicians, assistants and office staff all demonstrate the same care and attention to patients comfort as does Dr. Knotts. I highly recommend this practice, particularly if you're a dentalphobe, like me.

I've been going to Dr. Knotts for well over 6 years. Always super nice and professional. But the main reason I continue to go is their hygienist Sam. I'm a big wuss and she is the only person I will let near my mouth with metal object!! Highly recommend.

Everyone in this office is amazing and it's a wonderful environment. I have over 10 years of experience as a client with Dr. Knotts and I can't see how anyone would have an issue with her or any of the professional and polite staff.

Cindy does anything she can to help you and your family have the healthiest and prettiest smiles! Makes you feel comfortable and works with you financially!! Just like someone else said, I would take my dog there if I could haha

Dr Knott's has a great practice. Friendly helpful staff who always make the visit enjoyable. I am glad we found her practice when we moved to the area in 2013.

Moved to Winchester from out of state. Asked around for a good dentist. Dr Cindy was recommended by a colleague. BEST dentist ever. Staff is amazing. Highly recommended👍👍

Best Dentist an Staff always will go there

Exceptional service and care.

Incompetent Dentistry. My husband's crown broke after a year, and she didn't want to stand by her work; she asked him to pay for another new crown. The filling she did on my tooth left such a gap that I could not keep food out and it caused a cavity in the tooth next to it. They still use the old metal fillings, which most dentists wont do any more. My daughter went in for just a look see and polish and was crying by the time she left. Please find someone else and save yourself hassles in the future.
