I've been seeing Dr. Pell and Dr. Bohrer for about 10 years. I've never had a problem or a complication with either of them. They try to get ahead of major dental work by taking care of minor dental problems before they become major problems. Preventative care is key and they do a fantastic job of that! Hence why I trust them to work on my family. Their staff is ultra friendly and inviting and their equipment is top notch. Massaging chairs.. Compared to dentists "back in the day" this is a pain-free, and quite honestly enjoyable experience.

I've been to many dentists throughout the country. Dr. Pell is by far the most skilled in gentle and fast dentistry. I came to him as a new patient with a chipped filling. He offered to numb the area and I literally did not feel the shot at all and he finished the drilling and filling of my cavity within minutes. I will no longer brace myself before going to see my dentist! I'm very grateful to have found his practice and trust him to work with my young child's dentistry as he matures as well. Hands down the best dentistry I’ve ever gone to. From the first step into the office, your eyes are wandering around an impressive room filled with warm smiling faces and a comfortable but professional space. The front desk already knows who you are and while making you feel like family, explains everything in detail. During the extremely short wait to be seen, you get to sit down in a comfortable, open space with big screen televisions and impressive leather chairs. Once your name is called a dental hygienist will meet you at the door and show you their professional yet comforting establishment. No matter how many questions you have for them, they are genuinely happy to explain everything you want to know. Then they show you your room which is a serine area that diminishes any anxieties that you may have had. When Dr. Jared Pell walked into my room for the first time, he greeted me with a smiling face and talked to you as if you were family. During the visit, Dr. Pell and his dental hygienist, with state-of-the-art technology, gave me a full run down of your mouth and all the options moving forward. After the friendly conversation of my excessive amount of questions, the hygienist will lead you to the intelligent and impressive financial advisor. She gave me the full run down of everything I wanted to do to my mouth and what to plan for. She found every discount and financial short-cut and she helped me pinch every penny. She keeps track of when your dental insurance renews and helps you plan accordingly. After walking out to go home, I couldn’t wipe the smile off of my face. Fast forward a few visits, I still have the same smile. Everyone at the office knows I work the night shift. They will call me late in the afternoon to remind me of my appointments and helps me make appointments that works with my life. I am and will always be impressed with this entire office and will never go to another dentist for the rest of my life.

Good dentist. Has small hands and fits into my mouth very easily. I have had a couple emergencies where my tooth was cutting into my tongue and he always got me in very quickly and took care of the problem.

I love this practice! Katie is so fun to talk to and she makes you feel like you have known her forever! I love going to the dentist!

We have been going here for year and really appreciate the way they care about their clients! I had Kate and she was awesome!

It’s been two years since Dr Pell damaged the root of my front teeth. I have been in pain since that day. He promised that he would do the tight thing and would not let me leave his office unless I was satisfied. Once he damaged my root, he refused to even try to rectify the issue that he caused. Not a good human being! Again. I have to think of him every day due to the pain he caused and… charged me 3,000 for the work he did which he screwed up. This doctor is ALL about the money and not patient care. M Fitz Update, the below answer from Dr. Pell's office is totally untrue. They did NOT offer to fix the damage that Dr. Pell did. That would have meant a whole reconstruction due to the fractured root. The office manager did say however... if you what the "teeth redone" that's fine. The teeth were fine... he damaged my root... update... The fractured tooth under the partial bridge totally rotted out due to the damage done by doctor Pell. My whole bridge has to be redone and will always be at risk for a break. I may (more than likely) end up needing several implants.

1 star is too good for this practice. I had Dr. Pell do a crown and I have suffered problems ever since. I have had two surgeries because of a root canal he performed. He also denied it was his fault. Jared Pell is a horrible dentist. He was brought up to the dentistry board because of my case. He plead no contest and was ordered to take classes. If you google it, you can find it.

I thought he was good until I had him do a crown for me and I've had nothing but problems since. It's quite a long story, too long to type out but it was the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. I got the crown because I had a crack in my tooth and had sensitivity and I now have sensitivity again around that tooth. I've had 2 other crowns done by a dentist in Pa and never once had a problem with either of them! He's horrible,do not go there!!!

As a long time loyal patient of Dr Pell my last two visits have me questioning if I need to move on 12 + years great service
Then the something changed its all about money and less about the care
