I get a lot of stuff here. Always in stock. Special orders have been prompt. Returns are now very easy and veterans discount is very much appreciated. Garden center usually has what we want. Oh, paint is excellent. Just had the entire house painted and contractor used paint from Lowe's. Sure looks good now.

This Lowe's provides excellent customer service with friendly and helpful associates and a clean, organized store.
Overall a great experience every time.

I get so many ideas and motivation at this store. Never disappointed with the products I purchase. I grew up blue many years before the orange came to town. Family and myself loyal for 40+ years

Looking for items for my new home and Lowe's has the quality and price I'm looking for.

Patty in the kitchen and bath design center is AMAZING !!! She was so patient with us as we went through the design process with her. And there are so many choices that Lowe’s carries. Then they provided me with a contractor for installation — whom I had a chance to meet because he was in the store to get things organized for the next day. He answered many of my questions right then in the store — perfect!!! Patty walked us through everything and went with us to pay at customer service.
I also found out that Lowe’s will send out someone for free to assess your HVAC options — GREAT!
Lowe’s also carries cedar wood planks that are perfect for replacement boards in an old barn! So glad to be able to buy these boards at Lowe’s!

Went inside to get “on line order”. Great experience with the lady at the pickup area. Sorry, can’t remember her name. Store 656, Winchester, Va on Saturday morning, about 10:30 am. Had good conversation with her, and she is certainly an “A Plus” to your staff!
Pls share with her and management at that location.

Worked on a home project and there was an associate that went above and beyond to assist me with making the saw selection.

Was looking for a new kitchen sink and they have the one I want online.

Very clean, well stocked store. We had a very nice sale clerk that took us right to the item we were looking for.

I asked where specific paint was located. Paint Employee walked me there and explained the 3 types of concrete paint. I asked about square footage and he knew it and told me.

I love Lowes now that I'm a home owner. Keep an eye out for clearance items. I got six packs of command strips for the price of one. If you are military make sure you take advantage of your discount.

They have my tools from a few decades ago they still have a warranty on Craftsman .

Very well stocked. Super clean and organized. Friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgeable about a variety of home improvement questions we had. Lots of free parking and wheelchair friendly. Excellent supply of plants and planters. Huge variety to choose from of indoor plants. High quality paint and supplies.

Front Royal and Culpeper are closer to me, but I find myself at this location most of the time. Their inventory is simply superior to any other Lowe's, and that's according to the App! The location is great, especially now that access from Rt. 522 has been improved. The traffic tangle of Winchester is not so bad now! I have always had great service from the employees there, but I have never had to special order through this location, either.

I went in to the store for a few items that I thought I needed, clueless in all reality. John in the lighting department (11/03/21 @ 9pm) was one of the most well versed, knowledgeable, and kind employees that I've had the pleasure of working with in any establishment for quite some time. He steered me in the direction I needed to be, gave me real world advice on how to complete the project I was working on, and gave me a lesson on how to utilize the items he was selling me.
I applaud him! Well done.

Lowe's always has everything I need (unless they're sold out of a special) and Solomon in plumbing was extremely helpful. Great store with helpful and friendly staff!

The lady at the store AMY is amazing. She takes her time to ask if you need help. She jumps in to resolve any issues or questions. MEGAN is super nice too. The people at the service desk like to give attitudes and don't want to help at all. They all say "I'm new". If you are new you should not be at the front desk.

The sales associates were very nice, also very helpful in helping us find what we needed in a timely manner, and checkout was also done in a timely manner.
