Quick service at drive through, very nice people that work there

We go here frequently and while sometimes there can be a wait, it is never from lack of effort. I have never seen anyone just standing around, those ladies put the work in! I went through the other day and a customer was screaming at them and not only were they a lot nicer than I would have been, they still kept things moving for the other customers while taking care of the Karen. I took my daughter in to pick out some birthday donuts and they were so sweet to her and made her feel special despite them being busy. She talks about that still a month later.

Come here since it’s the closest dunkin to me and staff are always really nice and try their hardest no matter how busy it is. Really appreciate them

Small drink size isn't that small. You can get a maple bacon egg and cheese on your choice of bread ( I like the croissants) for $4.79 and a small ice coffee with whipped cream that looks like a medium everywhere else for $3.89. Breakfast under $10.

Always good and everyone is always in good spirits and hard working.

service is always wonderful. the main reason I frequent here so often. staff is above & beyond & always positive no matter how crazy busy it is and everything in the order is correct , fresh & delicious.

Not only does this specific Dunkin have the highest quality service, but the employees there are all tremendously caring and kind people. Best Dunkin in Winchester.

It was ok. The lady working there is the whole store pretty much. She does everything. She's why I'm giving 5 ⭐ and not the food. Hell my Boston "cream" donut was a chocolate glazed regular donut with no hole cuz there was no cream. I had 3 choices to pick from at 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. Really? Coffee was great. So were the donuts that were available. Maybe I can try again tomorrow and see if I can try 3 more. 🙄

Dunkin!!!! Your girl Annie understood the assignment! Well done, well done indeed ma'am. Ok, so let's start out by saying this, I rarely go to coffee places and order coffee. I'm that $.88 cup of black gas station coffee kinda girl. That being said let's talk about my morning. It has been rough! My keurig machine was pitching a fit so I headed out without coffee. I planned on grabbing a cup from the 7-11 but their parking lot was chaos and their pumps were shut down so I ended up pulling into the Handi-Mart to run in and grab a cold brew Monster and a Protein shake to use as the creamer. They had the Cold Brew but no low carb/low sugar protein shakes. I was feeling a bit defeated but I grabbed the cold brew and figured I would hit another gas station for the shake when my girlfriend who I was on the phone with said "Order from the Dunkin drive thru. They might have something.". I pulled up and was immediately met with a super friendly voice who understood that I was after heavy cream, a lil bit of flavor and a large cup of ice to mix my already purchased cold brew in. Annie was on it! She hooked me up with a large cup of ice, heavy cream, the flavors I asked for and enough space left in the cup to fit my cold brew PERFECTLY! Is it too much to say that this woman is now officially my hero?

Fyi......I called in to catch Annie's name and the Manager I spoke with was just as kind and a pleasure to talk to as well.

Forgot my wallet with my husband and i had two gift card but still had a remaining balance cashier told me it was okay and i didn't have to pay. I went and grabbed my wallet and came back and paid but it was such an amazing experience and it shows that there is still kind people in the world.

If you are in a rush and want to grab some coffee, this Dunkin is the best. The drive through only takes about 5-6 minutes is you are 8 cars back in the line. The orders are always correct, coffee perfectly mixed, and excellent service. I believe the speed of the drive through speaks for itself.

Staff at Dunkin donuts is always on the ball they get you out as quick as they can and are always very courteous that's why I'm there every morning
