I love this tax collector's location. Sabrina saved us lots of money by paying attention to a used car dealers overcharging me at time of sale. Thank you Sabrina. This office has a happy staff. Pleasant experience all around.

My Mother passed away in Sep. 2023. As Executor, and not knowing what the heck I was doing, Sabrina at this location was a great help. I actually talked to three ladies there and all were very helpful, but Sabrina got saddled with the task of helping me. She was so efficient and knew exactly what to do. I had to wait 60 days per the will to transfer the titles and I live in Okla., but Sabrina processed the Titles on the first available date and conversed with me on the phone. What an amazing job she did. Thanks Sabrina and all the others involved!! Mike

Fantastic place if you need help, even if you don't live in Marion county. The assistant manager, Theresa was extremely kind and patient and resolved our issues in a professional and efficient manner.

The Tax Collector is also where you get your driver’s license at. (BMV). If you research online and have ALL the necessary documents the process is reasonable and quick. If you’re from OUT OF STATE, the 1st TIME YOU REGISTER YOUR CAR FOR PLATES WILL BE HIGH!!

Went to this location on a Tuesday at 8:00 am when they opened. I was there to have my grandson get a Florida drivers license, title my car in his name, get his title, license plate and registration.
We were taken in right away. Not busy at all. Rebecca was very pleasant, helpful and informative.
We left to go get his car insurance he needed to get plates etc. came back in a half hour and no wait. This time Teresa helped finish the procedure, printed all needed title and paperwork, registered a new plate and we were out of there in about 10-15 minutes!
A big Thank You to Rebecca and Teresa for a job well done ! Great customer service!

Visited this location with my family to correct some title work on Tuesday at noon. Teresa Welch was wonderful! We barely had to wait and she was very informative! My brother went back the following day to get a tag.

These Ladies were Rock Stars! I have to say how impressed I was with them. They kept everyone separated for covid restrictions. they all worked to keep everyone moving out the door. The lady who helped me was extremely, knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough With everything we had to do. What ever they pay her it's not enough.

We have moved here from out of state. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful. They answered all of our questions. We were there for almost 2 hrs. due to the fact we were getting licenses and registrations for our vehicles. The clerk was very well informed and helpful.

These people that work hear are nice compassionate & actually explain your situation & what you need to do to get done what you needs to get done. Professional people I always have a plesent experience when I come in. These workers have got their hands full with more people a growing community So be kind to these workers they work hard these days I thank them & appreciate their diligence & hard work

Nothing but praise for the tax collectors office!! I never realized how much work they do until i had a bad experience getting a vehicle registered. The tax collectors office went into overdrive for me and got the finance company, and the state of Ohio to work together and put an end to my problems. I was at the point that iIhad told the finance company where they could pick up the van, if they didn't figure out how i could get a Florida registration I would not be making any more payments. Thanks to the Tax collectors office you guys are great!

Fairly new to Florida, i have used the Summerfield office 4 or 5 times and have always been treated with the upmost respect,, but it seems as though every time i am in there there is always someone upset because they don't have what they need to get the proper registration, or what ever, some people always expect for everybody to stop what they are doing and give them attention right away, and get upset to wait in line, Keep up the great work Summerfield staff you will never be able to please people like that no matter what you do.
