I recently visited Lash Out to get eyelash extensions , and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Melanie was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The studio itself is tidy, adorable, and has a great ambiance that made me feel comfortable & cozy right away.

The consultation was impressive, and reassuring as I was nervous about all the possibilities of what to get! Melanie was SO knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect set that suited my desired look. She took the time to explain the different options and how each style would enhance my eyes, which I really appreciated.

The application process was smooth and professional. She was meticulous and gentle, ensuring that each lash was perfectly placed. I was amazed at how natural yet dramatic the lashes looked – exactly the anime-inspired look I was going for!

Melanie is great and so welcoming. I got my lashes with her for the first time after a few years and booked a hybrid set. They were a bit too much for me but she did save time at the end to make sure I liked them and make any adjustments. The next fill I did classic and I think that’s the set for me! If you come with ideas and pictures she goes over how she’s going to achieve the look/length you want and checks on you throughout the appt to make sure you’re comfortable. She also goes over how to care for your lashes and gives you a little lash care set. So far my retention has been great, I definitely recommend her!

Absolutely amazing! My first time getting lash extensions and it was a superb experience; informative from start to finish. Melanie went over all the details, explained the process, helped me choose the best design that fit my face and eyes, and brava! They are gorgeous! They feel natural and no more strip lashes pulling my skin and layers of unnecessary liquid eyeliner 😍 I feel way more confident whether I’m in a no makeup day or going for an evening out. I can’t wait to spend more time living life instead of getting ready for it.

My overall experience here was great. I got my eyebrows laminated and hybrid extensions, both of which I was completely new to. Melanie was great. She has amazing communication and even let me come early which helped me out. She explained her entire process and made sure I was happy with what they would look like before she got started. She has a very light touch as well which makes you feel really calm in the chair. Her space is set up really nicely and she’ll provide you a blanket, snacks, music etc so you can really relax. After you’re done she explains the aftercare process and gives you everything you need so you can care for your lashes. I also like that she can sense whether you feel like talking or if you’re falling asleep lol. It seems small but sometimes I’m not in a chatty mood but don’t know how to mention that, but she wasn’t too chatty or too quiet, she just checked on me while she was doing her thing and I appreciate that. Great solid experience and she will take her time to make sure your lashes are how you want them. I’ll be back!

Melanie was so kind and caring, her space and recliner made you feel comfortable and she's very knowledgable and keeps you informed through the whole appointment. Melanie applied “Angel Lashes” for me and I have to say, I’m impressed. They are lightweight and I don’t even feel them. I did not have any irritation from the adhesive like I experienced with corporate chains. I have had them for days and I’ve only shed one lash. She offers the cutest little lash cleanser packages with a brush, and it’s been super easy to clean my lashes daily. Again with no redness or irritation. She has a light touch and a warm and caring personality. I highly recommend!

This was my first time ever getting a lash tint and lift, and I absolutely love it! I definitely recommend getting it! Melanie is so sweet and great to talk to while getting your lashes done! Don’t think about it just go get it !

Mel, what can I say. Such a dream to lay in your chair. Your service was so professional and relaxing, your energy is contagious. But my eyebrows after- AMAZING! I received so many compliments, even a week after it had been done. I have been obsessed with them.
