Friendly greeting, great tour of the facility including where my storage unit was located. I was given a card with my access code to make it even easier. The facility is very clean. I feel my belongings are secure.

Fast and convenient. Jose was great, showed me different entry ways, walked me to my unit, communicated the hours. Made sure my code worked. No complaints. The most quickest and smoothest storage I’ve ever had.

Very nice and clean facilities. Jose helped answer all of our questions and concern. We chose our unit, signed papers, paid fees and now can start packing/moving.

I wish I could give more stars! Everything was fantastic between all the questions I had about selecting the right unit and checking in and checking out. Couldn’t have been a better experience for me. Kudos to Marsha, she was so helpful and pleasant to work with!

Excellent facility, clean and well maintained with free carts to use on the premise. Jose especially was very nice and helpful with introducing me to the unit. Would rent again thanks to Jose!

The entire facility is very clean and it’s in a safe area. Marcha was friendly, helpful and explained everything very well. She took the time to show me a couple different units and the application process went smooth.

I booked online - I have to say I was impressed with how well organized the process was, the facility is secure you need a code to get in, to get in the elevator, clean and very efficient. It was a little more than other facilities but you get what you pay for. Def worth it - they get 5 star from me.

It was a great experience at the Life Storage located at 3001 Dixie Hwy Oakland Park. I met with Mr Jose and he was quite helpful and showed me around and explained in detail tweet the carts are located. This establishment is very clean and well kept. . I will say I know that I will have a good experience storing my personal belongs here due to the fact that it’s close to home and it’s easy access to my storage and a great staff, that go out of there way to help you in anyway they can. Out all the different Storage facilities, Life Storage has been the best. They are very professional and every employee has been nothing but furious and helpful. It’s a NO hassle experience from the first to the last day.

The process was very easy. I was checked in less than 20 min. The facility is very clean and very well air conditioned. The nice lady that took care of me. I believe her name is Margie. Not sure I’m really bad w names. She was very professional courteous and knowledgeable regarding everything in the facility. I’m glad I moved from the other storage I was in. There prices are very affordable. Thank you life storage.

Marsha’s customer service skills are exemplary. Life Storage is lucky to have her at their organization. She helped retain me as a customer, as I have been a long-standing customer when the organization was Burlington prior.

Great storage facility. Easily accessible during and after hours and the staff is great. Had the pleasure of speaking with Marsha about my rate and she assisted me with no problem. She was pleasant and professional. Two years of renting storage with this facility and I have yet to have any issues.

I have had the unit for 2.5 years and it has been great. Only closing since I found an apartment.

I had spoke to this gentleman on the phone before and he was completely professional, however after meeting him in person he's not only extremely professional but very personable and fair.
Jose C is truly an asset to your company if I could give him a 10-star rating I would.
