Inquired on a rare manual shift 03 Ford Ranger 4x4 Level II pickup and was positively satisfied at the response to questions and photo video to determine vehicles condition as was unable to personally see.
Purchase was professionally done with all paperwork in order and vehicle satisfactorilly received via contract transport. A top quality superbly dependable and pro used car dealer with never a question unanswered.

Visited here twice in the last year. These gentlemen know their cars. Purchased a 2013 Honda Civic for our son. They were very straightforward with us and give a fair price. They even have Carfax reports for their vehicles. Test drives allowed with a photocopy of your driver's license. Highly recommend if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

Hands Down the best Dealership experience my husband and I have ever had! We purchased a 2013 Ford E-250 Van and it was such a smooth process. Brian was super helpful and patient with us and even provided the CarFax report for our convenience! He offers a great variety of vehicles and many of them with very low mileage at a great price! We live 2 hours away from this dealership and due to our lender taking a few days to finalize everything, he had the van delivered to us at no cost! No other dealership will give you this type of treatment in my opinion. He really helped us out through these tough times that we were going through from losing our previous work van. My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Element from Gasoline Auto. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. It was hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. We traded in our car here as well and were offered a far price for the condition and mileage of our old vehicle. We worked with Carl directly and he was super helpful in giving us advice on financing options and answered all of our questions about the car. We noticed there was an issue with the brake when test driving the Element, that very day Carl took the car over to get it checked out and ended up replacing the calipers and rotors on the car the very same day, no out of pocket cost for us and overall hassle free! I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely be back in the future!

This is the second purchase this year with salesman Rocky Roach. My son and his new wife needed something affordable and dependable as they start their life together. He also needed peace of mind as he will deploy again next month with the Marines. Both times Rocky jumped right on it and made it happen. Were all happy with the Expedition and Explorer. I had a great experience with Gasoline Alley. While looking for a good condition R50 Pathfinder, I stumbled across these guys. The price was right and car looked like it was in great shape, only issue was that they're in Virginia. I live in northern Illinois.

Brian was very communicative over email and even went out to send me photos of the frame before I flew out there. Feeling confident in the cars condition, I bought a plane ticket. Once I got there they were very transparent about the cars age and potential issues it might have and ways to prevent any further issues.

After buying the car and hitting the road I was happy I decided to buy it. Until the brake lines broke. At a cliff side in Shenandoah National Park. They provided me with a 50% parts and labor warranty so I called Brian and he sent a tow truck up the mountain and directly to a mechanic, at 5pm on a Saturday, and got it fixed that night for no charge. I have yet to see better customer service than that.

Even with the car almost flying off a mountain because of old brake lines, I can't blame them for that. S*** happens with old cars. And they rapidly made it right. The day after the Pathfinder made it 900 miles back home and the only issue that popped up was a faulty gas cap. I took the gas cap off my other Pathfinder and put it on this one and it resolved the check engine light. If you're looking for a used car from trustworthy people, these guys are it.

Found a Challenger RT at Gasoline Alley. About 2 hr drive to see car. Was told car was in good shape. After a short test drive I could tell the car was in great running condition having 75k miles on it. After buying car and taking it home, spent the day giving the car some love, it turned out to be one of the nicest cars of this type I have seen, Brian and Carl both great to work with, along with Brian's wife handling the paperwork. I cant speak for all the cars on the lot, but this RT was a steal. Beautiful paint, interior spotless. Car runs like a top. I couldn't be happier!!

I bought a car from Rocky this past weekend and he was honest, knowledgeable, and made the buying process easy. I would definitely buy there again!! He had it cleaned up and ready for me to test drive when I came back the 2nd time in the same day! I asked a ton of questions and he answered ALL OF THEM!! He was so nice and not pushy at all! There really needs to be more people like him in the world! Gasoline Alley is definitely a great place to get a vehicle! They have an amazing selection of cars with low miles!

These guys stock quality cars. I've been looking at jeep cherokee xjs for months. Kept coming back to one they had on the lot because of its great condition. When i finally pulled the trigger they were very easy to work with and the financing was great. The car itself checks out super well. I bought a 20+ year old car to be a hobby for myself, and to be honest I'm a little disappointed at how LITTLE work I have to put into this thing. 5/5 all the way!

This review is way overdue. However, I owe it to these guys. We were going to trade in our escape to buy an explorer they had. Once we started to move the kids car seats over to the explorer to take it home we realized that it did not have the room that we thought it did. They were not the least little bit pushy at all and we’re completely fine with us putting the car seats back into our escape and not buying the explore after we had already made the deal! Previously about seven years ago my wife bought a car there and a week or two later it was having some issues. She took the vehicle back to them and they fixed it very quickly. This is a very good very honest dealer and would recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Pacifica from Rocky at Gasoline Alley Auto and Truck. We live south of Seattle Washington so determining whether or not this car was worth our interest, Rocky went over in above providing great detail, additional pictures and a fair assessment of the vehicle so that we could determine whether or not it was worth our time.
So many other dealerships we were dealing with long distance had not been truthful with us about the condition of the vehicle but that was not the case with Rocky. Once I arrived on site and took the car for a test drive and looked it over very closely there was one minor detail that needed attention and they did a great job of taking care of me in a manner in which they would have wanted to be taken care of. When I got home(3027 miles and 49 hours later) my wife loves the car. I would not hesitate to buy from Rocky and the rest of the crew in the future.

Rocky recently put me in a RAV 4 and I absolutely love it. He helped me find a lender and was patient with me as I made a decision that was weeks in the making. I've had experiences at other dealerships that were overly persistent and annoying. With Rocky, I had time to make a decision and wasn't pressured into buying. I'm so glad I purchased this car - it's immaculate on the inside and out, it drives GREAT, has low miles, and even a new car smell. Gasoline Alley was able to give me a great deal and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

I drove 1.5 hours to look at a low mileage Jeep. Once I got there, I met Scott Riley (he was the most honest and friendly auto salesperson that I have ever met).

He informed me that the Jeep did not have AC, and while I thought no big deal, he highly encouraged me to reconsider. We drove it anyways since it had mud tires, which he said would be very loud. He was totally right, it was super loud, and hot - even with the breeze.

He had another Jeep with all-terrain tires and AC, in the same color, but I didn't like the wheels on it. I asked him if he could get the other wheels, fix a brake light, inspect and do emissions - his answer was no problem...

Scott, did everything that I asked, and kept me informed through the entire process (great communication). The kicker is that he met me in Northern VA to finalize the deal, and deliver the Jeep since I didn't want to take a 1.5 hour uber back to the dealership.

I live in Seattle and because of this i could not be there to inspect the car. Rocky was very helpful, answered any questions i had, took a bunch of extra pictures and really went over and above. When i arrived to pick up the car and drive it back to Seattle, the car was in great shape. only one minor issue was quickly and cheerfully corrected and i was on the road.
