Shawn purchase my 2013 Jeep Wrangler from a personal sale add and it was the best possible experience I could have hoped for with a used car sale. Up front, honest, communicative, and handled everything for me with ease. His offer was more than reasonable and I was happy with it. The only hiccup came from an issue with titling after the MVA changed it's system and delayed my title renewal. Even after having to wait 3 weeks longer than expected, Shawn still kept his word to purchase the Jeep. Everyone here was awesome! It was a great experience, they even took the time to talk with my 16 year old about the car buying experience because she will be getting a car soon. The prices are good, and there's no haggling. I will definitely get my next car from them as well.

Bought a 2006 Nissian Altima 2.5 SL in great condition and only 104,000+ miles 2 months ago for $3300.00! I haven't had any issues and have already put a good bit of miles on it traveling back and forth from Capon Bridge to Morgantown and many other places! Avoid this seller. I bought a vehicle from them a couple months ago and was told "it a very good car." Well, the roof is in poor shape and would cost $2000 to repair. I paid $600 in taxes, $600 in repairs, and now another $1000 to fix a gas leak. The one month "warranty" covered nothing. While the miles are lower than average for this vehicle the rust is higher. Too late for buyers remorse as I have too much invested.

The customer service was ridiculous. The man kept speaking to me as if I was inexperienced and didn’t know anything about cars and how things worked. His tone had annoyance when I asked questions (like anyone else would). He first told me that because im 18 that I didn’t have any credit. Why assume that? My parents could have been increasing my credit, but he assumed. He told me to come look at the 2 cars in my price range. Because I’m selling my car for the money, (which i would have in a few days because I made a deal with someone) he told me I couldn’t test drive because my car wouldn’t make it enough money and it would be pointless (not knowing anything about the pricing). He kept talking to me like I was incapable of knowing anything. And I know it’s because of my age and maybe even me being a female.

Purchased a vehicle. The next day the engine light came on, I called. He hung up on me. No after the sale support.

there cars online are cheap but when you get to that place , they are expensive

Do NOT buy from these people!!!! Shady and crooked!!! Had to have them sign an agreement in 2019 Everytime we made a payment because they kept trying to say we didn’t. Now 3 years later we go to sell the car and they have a lean on the title. We go in there and he says we owe 3800… then it’s 300. Showed him the title signed on the day of our last payment and they still refuse to remove the lean. They hang up on me when I call! Horrible people and a horrible business! Buyer beware!!!

Gave it 1 star cause i cant give it zero. Customer service is no good very unproffessional this is going to sound made up but the guy was lifting his shirt and scratching his stomach. He was trying to force a car with obvious issues claiming it would take 10 minites to fix but his mechanic was off. Dont shop here unles you absolutely have no alternative.

They don't pick up, went there for an appointment and if course they aren't there. Waste of time, pur your money somewhere else
