Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Strasburg Shenandoah Valley

My colleagues and I stayed at this hotel while attending a work event down the road. They were beyond accommodating, allowing us to ship items for our tradeshow booth, switching around room schedules when our flights shifted and overall being incredibly hospitable! After a long day of travel I got to my room and there was a sweet, handwritten note and some little goodies that were much appreciated after a delayed flight and 10 hour travel day from Colorado. The rooms were clean, and I loved the midmod style decor. I wasn't around for breakfast but I know my coworkers were thankful for a quick bite before our long days. Thank you again to Becky and the entire staff there!

Becky was such an excellent host. Able to answer all of our questions and aid us in anything we needed. And so very pleasant to talk with. Thank you for making our stay memorable and so comfortable.

Becky at the front desk was amazing. She answered all of my questions professionally and entertained my 4yr olds request to practice balancing on one foot lol. She was very helpful and put our family that had come from out of town in a connecting room. The hotel breakfast had a nice selection of cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruits, and yogurt. I included a picture of the Shenandoah mountains I took on my drive out to the hotel. There is a 5ft deep indoor pool open until 11pm that my child was ecstatic about. She has since requested we live at this location lol

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though we got in at almost midnight. The fact that it was just outside of Shenandoah made it all the more better.

I checked in to this very cozy hotel in this small town and I was a little nervous because there was nothing but a McDonald's and a 711 but The sweet peppy night auditor was a breath of fresh air, made me feel like I was back home. She was more than helpful with all my questions about the area and surrounding areas and made me feel very comfortable and I'm glad I stayed!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Check in was quick. Room was good and spacious. Location very good. Across the street is a gas station and just next to hotel is a small shopping strip with Chinese food, Italian food and pharmacy/wellness center and few other stores. Small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good and fresh .

It has a great location and have one of the best staff i recently encountered staying at Marriott have great Mountain view and close the attractions like Shenandoah National park and Luray Caverns.

Nice hotel right off i81. The front desk attendant was super nice and very helpful. Parking lot is not big enough... specially for large vehicles. I drive a 26' box truck and was lucky to get there early enough but tractor and trailer would be more difficult. Eventing else was great. Couple of restaurants within walking distance.

I spoke with Becky who checked me in. She was so professional and offered great customer service. She even gave me a suggested list of places that deliver food. I was even more impressed with the clean room ,comfy bed, and plethora of pillows. I fell asleep right away which is rare! Woke up in time for continental breakfast which great. Overall place was quiet despite busy road out front. 10/10 would recommend!

The front desk girl was polite and gentle. The room 418 is perfectly clean. The bed is so comfy. The bathroom is really good and clean.

I can't rate the service because I didn't stay. I actually just stopped at this hotel to meet a relative but the room was very clean and nice. The hotel was quiet which was good. I was able to get gas and snacks right next door. The area is beautiful also.

Right up the Marriott alley: location, quality, cleanliness, value. Then add on the staff - who greatly EXCEED typical quality at this level. Please, tell Steve I told you to stay here! Thanks everyone.

A great little place to crash for the night on my trip heading south. The staff were friendly and professional.

We enjoyed our stay. Used the pool and it was a great temperature too! The staff was friendly and helpful. They even had a guest laundry to use which we did. The breakfast had some hot items. The room was very comfortable; especially, the beds. Well worth spending a night there!

Hotel around four five restaurants and two gas stations. Off road 66 and road 81. I booked here Bc my Tesla can charged only block away. Got pool and gym on first level. Very friendly and room with good Space . Clean bathroom. Free breakfast 7-10.

Last minute midnight stop while traveling a 12 hour drive.. clean and good breakfast

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. It could do with minor updates to the room, such as including a USB charging hub for phones and other devices.
