The competent repairman showed up literally within 60 minutes of my call. The dispatcher was professional, precise in her quotation, and made sure the tech had the parts in stick he would need to fix our dryer. He fixed it in less than an hour and was even nice enough to recommend we do some duct cleaning. Shenandoah Appliance Plumbing & Electric is definitely my new Go-To business for appliance repair.

This group worked with me to retrofit a control panel for my oven - GE discontinued this part. They diagnosed the concern, ordered the parts and completed the replacement in a timely manner. Sean was the first visit and JR completed the replacement - both did a great job.

We have bought multiple used appliances from them. All have worked beautifully. The customer service was good too. If you are local they deliver for a fee and take your old broken appliance with them.

Not only is the woman who answers the phone helpful and nice, but the service was exceptional! They were prompt, affordable, and knew exactly what they were doing. Our dryer is now working like a charm!
