Edible Arrangements

I ordered the Holly Jolly fruit arrangement for my holiday party. Not only did it look good, but it tasted good. The manager, Ashley, was terrific! She is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I will DEFINITELY order from her again!

I want to give a huge shout out to Mrs Ashley at the Winchester VA store 1611. She went above and beyond the customer service aspects, she is extremely professional, understanding and patient. She helped my elderly parents with their order destined to a recipient two hrs away!. Keep up the great job Mrs Ashley

I ordered the Happy Birthday Celebration bouquet with a few add ons. Everything was immaculate! The fruit was fresh and juicy and the store manager Ashley went the extra mile and even brought my order to my car! Definitely will come back for all occasions!

A little late. Back in August I had an order put in for my Anniversary. I have since forgotten the managers name, but im telling you. She was so polite and personable, it gave me complete confidence in buying. No reason at all she took direct care of my order. Again never asked, she just did. Products are always greats. I just enjoyed my experience and my wife loved her Anniversary gift. Thank you!

I was sent a beautiful arrangement but it didn’t have a sender name. I called the store and the very friendly manager, Ashley, said she would reach out to the sender to see if it was ok for me to know. That is so thoughtful for those who wish to remain anonymous in this situation! Not to mention she herself made our arrangement. Thank you, Ashley!

I received my order on Friday for my anniversary and noticed the flowers were a little wilted/brown. I reached out to the store to inform them of this. After speaking with someone there, they were super apologetic and understanding. They offered to fix the problem right away and make it right! They scheduled a day and time that worked for my schedule to bring me a new delivery. They went above and beyond what I expected. I received even more than what was originally paid for. Highly recommend the Winchester store and staff. Thank you!

I want to give a huge Shoutout to Ashley the store manger who went above her job to help me. I lost my voice, unlike other people she was kind and patience with me. She understood and even excused her background noise as if me loosing my voice was her fault. We need more of Ashely working in customer service. I appreciate you so much thank you 😊

I placed an order at the last minute and it was fulfilled without any problem. Ashley was great. I love ordering from this location because the fruit is always fresh and delicious. I will recommend the Winchester location to everyone even if I have to pick it up myself.

My delivery was supposed to be delivered on 2/5/2024, but due to unforeseen circumstances it couldn’t.
Talked with Ashley this morning and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow and she said yes and that she would remake the order for me. Thank you so much.

I’ve always had a great experience with this local edible arrangements. Recently Ashley the store manager went out of her way to assist me with a thank you gift arrangement for EMT’s who also go above and beyond to assist in emergencies. I really appreciated Ashley’s assistance and efforts in helping me out.

Ashley was a wonderful help today! I made an error on an order, called and she fixed it right away and was so pleasant to deal with on the phone!

Ashley is absolutely amazing! Top notch customer service. She always helps me pick out the perfect gifts. Great selection! Delivery is always on time, the flowers are gorgeous and the treats taste incredible. My go to whenever I need a custom gift that wows!

Doesn't matter if I give them a week's notice or a 20 minute notice ... these people are ROCKSTARS .. provided me with excellent service, the fruit is fresh and flavorful and they are just nice as can be! 100% will be a lifetime customer! We placed an order at 11am and they had it ready for pickup by 3:30pm that day. They were very kind and helpful with my order and it turned out beautifully.

Received a absolutely perfect arrangement! It was beautiful and tasted amazing! Ashley was also super sweet and helpful when I called (the sender forgot to put name on card). After she first confirmed with the sender (before giving me name/information) she called me back immediately so I knew who to thank , and again was very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend her and this service. And I will definitely use her in the future!
