The staff at this advance auto and also the valley Ave location are awesome! I had to check in and possibly switch out my cars battery. My husband called and spoke with Brandy to ask if they had what I needed. She was super knowledgeable and nice. At the store I spoke with Tim and then Mike, the. asst store manager for here and the valley ave location. Tim was employee in training so Brandy and Mike gave him directions as needed. Tim and Mike checked battery to be sure I needed a new one and then replaced it while I waited.
All the staff were excellent, showed team work, smiled, and had positive and helpful attitudes. Finished quickly.

They did it again!! These folks are the best! They saved me time and money! They taught this old grandma a lot about my coolant reservoir, sensor, antifreeze, fuel problem, fuel injector cleaner, gasoline, and the gas station that has water in their gasoline!😜 I'm an Advance girl 💚

My initial impression of this store is good. I normally shop at other locations, and they were closed. This store is home to some friendly and customer-oriented staff. I'd like to especially call out Kat for her exceptional handling of requests, having the necessary parts pulled and ready for my arrival, and prompt, courteous, and helpful service during my visit.

I needed my alternator tested and the representative was quick to help. Luckily, everything was fine and she was friendly. I was only there for ten minutes. :)

Never dissapoints. Always clean and we'll lighted. Helpful staff and seem to have whatever is needed, and appropriate advice. Allow minor repairs in parking lot.
