This is one if the most gorgeous boutiques in the area. There are so many things to choose from, whether you want decor, kitchen items, wine, clothing, beauty products, or food they have it. They're doing a bit of remodeling right now, so it will be even more beautiful when complete. I'll definitely be back again.

I've lived here my whole life and I never went here. Now I'm kicking myself for missing out. They have a machine to quickly personalize a gift. And tons to choose from. Lots of them under $20 too. I was so impressed, I got a wooden apple, a Journal and a matching pen all personalized and in only a few minutes. They had tons of other gift ideas too. Several local wines, college gifts etc.

The customer service here is so phenomenal, the workers really care! I’ve come to Kimberly’s for years now and have never experienced a problem and have had so much help from the workers here throughout the years. The products they sell here are high quality and you will not be disappointed

What a place, it is one of must stops anytime I am Downtown. Great selection of so many high quality choices. Anytime I need ideas and that perfect gift I can not quite figure out for my wife, I start and end my search at Kimberly's. I have always been well taken care of and leave a happy client.

I also wanted to leave a review for Mckee's for Men but they do not have a separate Google Page to leave a review. But they get 5 STARS also. I love their brand selection ( Vineyard Vines, Southern Tide etc etc) and enjoy their customer service.

Delightful shop with beautiful kitchen, dining, bed, and bath goods. Excellent chocolates, nuts, Virginia wines, Thymes and other candles, room scents, and lotions, greeting cards, men’s wear. The adjacent building has women’s wear and children’s clothing. A must stop on every trip to Winchester.

Love Kimberly’s. I popped in for the first time a month ago. Kimberly and her SIL were wonderful. Great selection of gifts and home decor. I love that they include the engraving with your personal gifts. Reasonably priced. Going back today for a gift for my grandmother.

Huge!!! They have a downstairs also! Always so many different products here! & They also sell wine and food!

Update: I’ve frequented Kimberly’s numerous time since my last post and staff has been very friendly and helpful. And now I do most of my gift shopping there.

They have nice boutique brands - and you pay well for those names. The selection and merchandising is done well. The service is mediocre at best. I have never once been greeted or offered help in my dozens of times in the store. Staff is not engaging at all unless it’s to snub you.

Downstairs at McKee’s the staff is much friendlier and helpful. They’ve even gladly special ordered an item for me.

Wish I’d have a better over experience.

Not what I was expecting... Expected more of a gift boutique. I would have spent less if it had been. Very pleasantly surprised at the clothes....and how many were not made in China (it's the first thing I check and I will walk away). Even some made in the USA. Prices were pretty steep, but that's to be expected to avoid China. I shop fairly classically styled, there was a good bit too frilly and tucked and manipulated, but I still managed to spend too much! I will be back.

While I no longer live locally, I so wish I had found this store when I was local.
Coincidentally, a thousand miles away, I started using them for Lilly Pulitzer purchases (and a ton, I have an addiction lol😂), 3 years ago now.
They are the BEST!

These guys are great, I love coming into this awesome shop! I bought a fish hippie hat about 3 weeks ago and the stitching came apart on back clip, so it no longer stayed on my head. I brought the hat back and they exchanged it for free.. no questions asked! This place is a must visit!

Wonderful store with an excellent staff! The best new addition to Kimberly’s is their laser cutting machine for personalized gifts! I’ve customized and purchased 3 items from their vast collection to items to be personalized, and the products turned out great! It’s easy to create and quick to cut! Thank you Kimberly and your staff for always being so helpful and creative!

Nice upscale old school traditional gift shop. A Winchester landmark. Excellent candies and wine selection also. Great brouse.

My daughter & I had a wonderful time such great clothes & accessories! Luv the sale rack! Always Friendly Customer service! The Kids clothes upstairs, found a few great vests for grandchildren!
