The Home Depot

I recently visited this Home Depot location, and while it may not be the biggest store, it certainly gets the job done. The staff was helpful, and I found what I needed quickly. A compact store with everything you need for your home improvement projects.

We have never had such an amazing experience at a hardware store before! Sherry was so helpful and spirited back in the appliances, and Erika was so patient and sweet at checkout.

Sherry was a wealth of information, and made us feel at ease about making the correct choice on our new washer/dryer combo.

Erika made all kinds of calls to make sure we got what we needed before we left and I could not thank them enough!

Great customer service and support from staff members while and when helping their customers in the store trying to find what they are looking and needing and wanting to purchase.

As a general contractor I am more than pleased with the service I get at this HD. All of the staff are always kind, encourageous. I do most of my orders online to pick up in the store in 95% of the time the order is correct. If a mistake is ever made, they do their best to fix it right away. Everyone once in a while they seem understaffed and my order isn't ready and a timely manner, but ideal with it.

Mr Jim Phillips was very helpful in helping us with the doors and gave good advice on the insulation. He is very professional and courteous to his customers.

Tong helped us with the purchase of refrigerator. She was awesome! Showed us all the best options and was a pleasure to work with. Go see Tong in the appliance department when you're ready for your new appliances!

So of course I'm a little biased. My son works there. That's why I'm there as frequently as I am.

Well stocked and plenty of fans and air-conditioning unit's. Super helpful staff. Friendly service and expert advice. Paint is blended to perfection they have never given me the wrong color. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking. Wheelchair friendly. Curbside pickup or on line orders.

Neat, Organized, friendly staff. I love bringing my dog here when I go shopping. She gets all the pets from the lovely staff.

Janice in the plumbing section came and helped us out big time. She knew an amazing amount about the tiny details involved in plumbing fittings and was a true rock star. Have never had that much help at any of the dozens of Home Depot stores I’ve been to. Other employees stepped up to the plate as well, instead of the “look away” you get most places.

Bought a washer and it was a total lemon, I have no idea what washers are all about so I came back to Home Depot with a video and they immediately agreed and took the time to help me get a replacement. Extremely kind, all the staff is knowledgeable but a special shout out to supervisor Shannon she was amazing!!

The employees and the selection of items always makes the Winchester Home Depot, 5 stars. The establishment is clean and the customer service is top level. Where most of the time you go into any hardware store you can roam around the isles for hours and nobody says anything to you, the Winchester Home Depot is different. The employees will engage you if you look like a "deer in headlights" and cand can't find something!

I consider them my friendly local hardware (and everything else I need to get) store!

Ordered a couple discounted things online and soon got an alert that it was ready for pickup. When I got there it was a breeze at the customer service counter, just showed my ID and the order number on my phone, then she took my cart and came back within moments. I also took time to check the balance on a couple of gift cards I found when I moved recently. Tickled pink they were still good and I was able to buy a little something something else to take home!

Customer service is amazing! This large Home Depot has a feel of a small town atmosphere where you're greeted and the employees are so helpful. It is such a pleasure shopping here. Thanks for the amazing experience.
