Village Square Post Office at Michele's Hallmark

Stopped at this Hallmark for the Post Office services in the back, just in time before PO closing for weekend. Full service PO with one of the most pleasant & helpful PO workers ever, Maureen. Michele, the owner is also wonderful. Great shop tucked inside the plaza!

The owners and staff at this location are exceptional! Very helpful while also following USPS rules, which can sometimes be confusing. Can’t say enough great things about my experience with everyone in the store! The best around!!

Friendly, fast service with almost no wait

This is my go to Post Office.The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help whenever I don't know the best way to package or ship something. Have been going here since they opened. Easy parking, no long waits! And it's in a Hallmark shop!

I found myself wandering inside this little shop over the weekend and had so much fun, besides cards, this store has small unique gifts you can purchase and an assortment of ornaments. A holiday must if your a shopper. Also a post office too inside.
Staff offered sale information and were friendly. Shoppers around me were friendly as well. You can join their program, ask details while there, if you are a shopper it may be worth your while…..enjoy!

I showed up a minute before 5. “They close at 5” and they wouldn’t take me. I believe you should take customers until 5! The lady who was working the place was a bit rude too!

Just so you know be there at like 4:30 bc they shut down way before 5!!

The lady at the Post office is very rude. They don't even have the printer for a return label to print the barcode. She told me I should research the price before going there. You don't talk to your customers like that. She was trying to charge me $17 just to send a small package in local area. I have been always shipping stuff I know the shipping cost. She doesn't have any idea how to calculate the price. Must have entered the wrong zip while weighing. Never seen a post office inside a gift shop u cant find it. Other post offices were closed otherwise I would not even drove there. Pls don't waste your time driving to this post office. They don't know how to behave with customers.
