Been going here for over 10 years. Always a happy customer. Truly can’t pay attention to the reviews where someone messes up once. What about all the other times they went and were happy? They’re eyebrows, they’ll grow back.

First timer. Wife and I both got it done. Hurt a little but I'm a guy! Wife liked her results and mine. Very professional and courteous. Going back in a month.

The best place in Columbus to get rid of your peach fuzz. Annie is very friendly and does a great job.

The associate was polite, but her threading was super slow. Had brows arched and cleaned up, brows are off a bit also. Hopefully they get a bit quicker, would help. I always have my brows threaded so I do know what's expected.

Customer service was good but I really dislike my brows. They just don't look good to me😞

Normally you do a good job and today you did not. I’ve been coming to you for 4 plus years because you grew my eyebrow into a good shape and today you just take everything away in a matter of 10 minutes. I will never be back again.

I am so upset. She took off way too much of my eyebrows and they are uneven. My eyebrows were so thick and pretty and now they’re thin. Do NOT come here. I specifically asked her if they were uneven and she said “I try” Never coming back here. Waste your money elsewhere $15 for this mess? Horrible horrible horrible. I would leave 1000 one star reviews if I could.

This woman just totally messed up my eyebrows this isn’t my first time coming to her and normally she does a OK job but today she made one eyebrow higher than the other and the other one super thin at the end and then when I brought this to her attention she told me that that’s the way my eyebrows already were and she just cleaned them then proceeded to start trying to thin out the other eyebrow like one way or another who wants thin eyebrows remind you I had not gotten my eyebrows threaded from her since three weeks ago so they had grown out a lot now I’m going to have to fill them in for at least the next two weeks and then she act like she she didn’t even care told me I didn’t have to pay and just went onto the next customer will not be returning here. unless you like uneven not Twin but sibling eyebrows steer clear from here.

Me and my daughter went for eyebrow threading and the young lady did not do a good job. She cut my daughter with the thread several times. My eyebrows are no where close to being even. The young lady was not attentive to what she was doing and in a rush. We will not be going back.

I went in the mall to get my eyebrows threades and was just told "no". The lady was having a conversation and I patiently waited for it to end just told be told "no" because she didn't feel like it. She looked at her watch and it was 8:14 pm , the mall closes at 9 pm. The employee said I'm on break then continued chatting. That is bad business practice and quite rude. I went out of my way just to go there.

I have had face threading done several times, but first time here. Not happy face bumped up and red. This has never happened when I have had face threading. Eyebrow tinting was not very good either. I don’t recommend this place.

I am highly disappointed with this place in general . Not only did she not do my eyebrows right but she cut me leaving a scar. Will not be going back to this place at all and I do not recommend anyone go there.

I was there an whole hour just to be told she not doing mines because they close at 6pm. smh bad service
