Macy's

It's a nice store closer to home than Atlanta. Doesn't have some of the upscale stores I'm accustomed to. Nice selection of Christmas Decorations and on sale already!

Macy's is one of my favorite stores. Offer quality merchandise and know how to offer a good sale. Staff always friendly and helpful.

The employees are amazing and very passionate with helping customers to get the best experience. Mrs. Rebecca and Mrs.Barbara gave me an excellent experience helping me order a pair of shoes that were not in the store. Along with helping me navigate the app to help increase the power of finding what I am searching for in the future.

Their customer service matches no other. I would recommend for anyone looking for an all in one retail store that offers personal convenience as well.

I love this store. It's always clean and has a good selection of clothing. Also has a lot of clearance clothes. But I have to say I had 2 different ladies I asked questions and they were very short and one actually turned her back on me. Then the check out lady was not friendly at all.

Love everything l have to travel 96 miles that's how much I enjoy shopping macy's.

Why 5 stars? Today the georgia state patrol was chasing a car out of harris County. For some reason the car pulled into Peachtree mall and the occupants bailed and ran into the mall. The mall went on immediate shut down. The employees reacted fast and, I guess, implemented a predetermined action plan securing the customers and employees in a hide in secure place plan. When the sheriff cleared the building, the employees took my wife and her friends items and told them they would hold them for checkout when the mall was cleared. Calm clear instructions. Kudos to Macy employees.

I love this store. They have a great jewelry selection. But I can never find clothes there in my size. However, they do have great perfume and makeup counters.

I love to shop here, and I’m so glad to have Macy’s in our area. The curbside pickup is great! The store clerks have always been courteous and helpful in my experience. A good brand for this mall, and for Columbus.

Love shopping with Macy's they have great quality clothes shoes and handbags. I prefer online shopping but the store is good too. Their employees are always truly professional and respectful. Don't mind spending my money with Macy's?!

I went in for one item and left with more than I needed to get. This is my favorite store. I can usually find something that I like.

Very disatified with there service some of the people working acted like they were real entitled. The customer feeling dont count. My kids purchase me a watch from macy in Maryland i went to this macy and they were real nasty.

Great place to shop. They have the Nautica shirts I like to wear. They also have a lot more than that. Great place for perfumes and colognes. Nice bed wear selection although a bit pricey but again it's Macy's.

The lady that helped me with my purchase was amazing. She explained to me about the perks and rewards, until I got a full understanding. She was very patient and kind.
