Cynthia was amazing, my husband and I needed a storage facility immediately and she was extremely helpful—giving us a thorough review of all our options, price breakdown, storage tours, etc. She was also very patient with all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our final decision. Besides the friendly and knowledgeable staff the facility itself is in a perfect location. I highly recommend Pembroke Storage.

I met with customer service representative Cynthia. She was extremely friendly and informative. She took me on a tour to show me a few different units. She never rushed me and answered all my inquires. Cynthia took me back to the desk . She explained the terms of the lease. I signed the paperwork and got a unit. I’m so pleased,
I’m going to get another one from Cynthia. It’s very clean.

The office staff is extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and made the entire experience of getting a unit a pleasant one. The price we are paying for our large unit is considerably less than the price we were paying down the street at another storage facility. Thankful for the positive experience.
