First Class Electric

Joel and Hector came to perform several electric repairs and install our new light fixtures. They were so great! Very intentional, respectful, attentive and informative! They actually identified several other issues we had and were not aware of and they were able to fix right on the spot! They also took it upon themselves to clean up after and help us in the loading and disposal of trash that was left from other construction work being done in our home. Pricing was affordable, fair, and clearly communicated! Scheduling was prompt and they were very professional throughout the entire process. We are so grateful to have found them and will hands down go to them in the future and refer to anyone who needs electric services.

Very happy with our service today! Had an issue with an outlet that we could not figure out. They had an appointment within a couple of days and a very nice electrician, Brendan, fixed it quickly. It's nice these days to call a business, get an appointment, a friendly, professional arrive on time, and do the job well. Will call again for sure!

So pleased with my first experience with this company. Had an issue with breaker at my rental today. It was somewhat an emergency as heater would not work due to breaker issue. Hector came out TODAY and found breaker just needed to be reset. Really appreciate the service and help. Definitely my go to electrician in the future.

These guys were extremely responsive, quick, professional, thorough, and reasonable. Brenden and Joel did a wonderful job and got us up and running with professionalism and were very knowledgeable. We will be using this company for our electrical needs going forward.

Did a great job on upgrading a panel, getting the line run directly to the box, upgrading to code. Professional, fair estimate, efficient and good communication throughout the job. Cleaned up the site well. I will continue to use them for any other jobs I need.

They were so quick to come out and adjusted the time because I had a conflict. When Hector arrived, he was very punctual, professional, and easy to work with. He quickly addressed the problem and was able to fix a couple other minor things. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for all my electrical needs.

Today was my first time using the services of First Class Electric. I was very impressed with the technician, Hector. He was very friendly, helpful and informative and answered all my questions. He came to trouble shoot a faulty smoke detector and then checked all my other smoke detector to make sure they were working correctly. I would definitely recommend this company and Hector to anyone needing electrical services.

The electrician, Hector was amazing. They got the permits quick (few days). Hector completed outstanding results for our hot top instillation and other indoor jobs. I would recommend Hector and his crew.

These guys are top notch! They wired a 220v for my ho tub back in March 2023. There was initially a miscommunication with scheduling, but they made it right and showed up, got the work done fast and did a perfect job. Professional, reasonably priced and very responsive, from the person scheduling and providing the estimate to the electricians coming out and doing the install. I recommend them to anyone needing services from an electrician.

Contacted First Class to look at repairing our EV charger as well as to terminate our low-voltage keystones. Hector was very knowledgable and friendly when he came to work. They came out on time and were able to work around our staff during store operating hours.

Katrina in the office was VERY responsive and incredibly pleasant to work with. Will continue working with First Class for our electrical and low voltage needs and recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done in Albuquerque!
