Great Doctor, I only wish I didn't have to wait so long. In the lobby and or examing room to see her, but worth the wait. Dr Bastien is warm, caring and knowledgeable. 🤗

There isn’t a rating high enough to rate this doctor. She goes far beyond her expectations of a doctor and patient. She actually cares about her patients. I was with her 3 years ago and I left her practice because of insurance purposes. Sorriest day of my life. There are no doctors who compare to her. Very often her patients will receive a personal phone call from her as a follow up to see how you are doing. I’m back and very happy and excited to have her as my primary once again. She is a great Doctor. Look no further !!!

Dr. Bastien was absolutely excellent. Her thorough analysis, care and bedside manner in delivering her assessment was fantastic. She quickly identified a problem I had for over a year, where my previous Primary Care doctor had consistently missed. I am so happy I switched to Dr. Bastien...excellent care.

The wait to get in what a little longer than I expected, but that's because the doctor is very thorough with your visit. This was the 2nd time I had seen her, and each time she made me feel at ease and made sure to explain things and was also very encouraging about the decisions I've made about my own health. She is very genuine and a good doctor. I didn't even have to get into much detail and she could tell what was going on as she is very observant. I will definitely continue to use her as my primary! It's worth the hour wait when you're seeing a doctor that genuinely cares about their patients and doesn't have that "get em in, get em out" work ethic.

I am a patient of Dr Nathalie Bastien-Montpeirous for over 6 months, and very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of my primary doctor. She took the time to listen to all my problems and gave me good advice about my health. And she is an amazing human being treating patients like family.

Dr. Bastien is by far the best primary care doctor I have seen and nothing I can say will do justice. She is extremely intelligent, a compassionate and caring person, and a truly an outstanding doctor. I count myself truly lucky to have found her. Dr. Bastien's approach is to treat the whole person, not just the symptom.

In addition, I cannot say enough about her office staff and their desire to help in anyway they can. I strongly feel that Dr. Bastien is the ideal physician. She genuinely cares, is professional and makes an investment in the health and well being of her patients.

My neighbor referred me to Dr. Nathalie Bastien. Wowed.. i moved a lot from state to state. Always have to find new doctors in my new states. I’m very impressed with Dr Bastien. She took in first year med students in her practice and give these freshmen a chance to be hand on. Not many doctors give a chance to freshman. Dr. Bastien is warm, caring and has the best bedside manner that you don’t see that often these days in medical field. I have seen many doctors in my lifetime and from different states. She impressed me and made me feel privileged to be under her care.

Dr. Bastien is and excellent physician. Not only she very knowledgeable, she’s very kind and takes her time to explain everything. Her and her staff treat you like they’ve known you forever like family. She provides great recommendations and education about your health. Over the four years I've been in Dr. Bastien's care, there has been a consistency of courteous office staff, coupled with Dr. Bastien's medical competency and thoroughness. Just as important, if not moreso, she ALWAYS remembers to ask about family members, work, and other topics of previous discussion. It has been said that "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care"; and Dr. Bastien is the epitome of that demonstration. And, if you arrive on time, you are seen on time! I HIGHLY recommend her as one of VERY FEW competent AND caring doctors I've seen in my 66 years. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!

I recently had a Tele-visit with Dr. Bastien to establish her as my new PCP. I am thoroughly satisfied with my decision. Dr. Bastien not only took careful interest in my medical history and current issues with extraordinary expertise, but also spent time getting to know me personally. It is a rare gift in these days of poor "bedside manner" and sketchy customer service to find such a compassionate and knowledgeable professional such as Dr. Bastien. Thank you!!!

Every one that my husband and I had contact with was exceptionally professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Doctor takes her time to listen and review your chart and asks all the pertinent questions. Always a pleasure dealing with this doctor and office staff.

Dr. Bastien-Montpeirous is a great physician. She's has so much personality, it's like talking to your sister or best friend, she's listens, she really care about her patients and their health. I'm thankful I was referred to her, no regrets here.

Great service! Office staff was very friendly, and the doctor took her time examining me and answering all my questions. Genuinely cares about her patients, and goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are well attended to. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to doctor visits!

I've never had a doctor take such time to ask questions in your first visit. We discussed my history, my family history, her medical philosophies and how best we can work together to gain the best results. Being a results based person, I felt like this is the home I have been searching for all these doctor's visits other places.
